Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje souostroví Maledivy z hlediska kulturního i ekonomického. Jejím cílem je analýza obchodních a kulturních zvláštností země a přiblížení těchto zvyklostí českým turistům i podnikatelům. Práce zahrnuje praktické poznatky a zkušenosti cestovních kanceláří a turistů. Zabývá se také otázkou perspektiv Malediv do budoucna. This thesis characterizes the Republic of Maldives from economic and cultural point of view. The objective is to analyze business and cultural particularities of the country and to bring the customs closer to Czech tourists and businessmen. The thesis concerns practical knowledge and experience of travel agencies and tourists. It also deals with prospects of Maldives to the future.
