Optimization of Energy by Robot Motion
Smetanová, Anna ; Skařupa, Jiří (referee) ; Smrček, Juraj (referee) ; Karpíšek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The doctoral thesis is describing the problematic of motion parameters influences on energy consumption during robot operation. The basic methods of robot programming are characterized and evaluated in the introductory part and with help of mathematical models the influence of specific parameters is explained. The experimental verification of mathematical models was performed in the laboratory of Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at Brno University of Technology. The measure results are arranged in tables from which final evaluation and recommendation for praxis follows.
Effect of flavonoids on the metabolism of xenobiotics

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biochemical Sciences Title, Name, Surname of candidate: Mgr. Anna Smetanová Title, Name, Surname of tutor: Doc. Ing. Barbora Szotáková, Ph.D. Title of a rigorous work: The influence of flavonoids on the metabolism of xenobiotics Flavonoids are wide spread plant secondary metabolites with the protective effect against the cancer. One of the protective mechanisms of action is the modulation of the biotransformation enzymes. Xenobiotics - heterocyclic aromatic amines are presumably carcinogenic compounds generated during the ordinary cooking of meat and fish. The first metabolic step of the heterocyclic aromatic amines is the procarcinogen activation to the active N-hydroxy metabolites by cytochrome P4501A2 (CYP1A2). It would be desirable if the flavonoids in the appropriate manner modulate the enzymatic activity to eliminate the undesirable effects of the heterocyclic aromatic amines. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the rutin and quercetin flavonoids and heterocyclic aromatic amines 2-amino-3-methylimidazo[4,5- f]quinoline (IQ) and 2-amino-3,8-dimethylimidazo[4,5-f]quinoxaline (MeIQx) on CYP1A activity in the cell line LS174T and HCT-8. Rutin, quercetin, IQ and MeIQx were not toxic for cells up...
Accounting in the Non-profit Organization - Theory and Practice
SMETANOVÁ, Anna
The bachelor thesis deals with accounting in a non-profit organisation. The theoretical part explains basic terms regarding non-profit organisations and their characteristics. It introduces various types of non-profit organisations and relevant legislation. Further it summarises the accounting principles with accent to the accounting differences between profit and non-profit organisations. It also describes the sources of funding of non-profit organisations. The thesis is applied on the Local Action Group (LAG) Landscape of my Heart, whose main aim is the support of the rural development in South and Central regions of the Czech Republic. The practical part analyses the accounting regime and financing structure of the selected organisation. The analysis of accounting regime describes the accounting specifics of the LAG Landscape of my Heart, for example accounting for donations, grants and membership fees. An advantage for the non-profit organisation is that the income from donations and membership fees is exempt from the income taxation. The analysis of multi-source financing helped to find out that over 75% of the group's resources come from grants. Therefore it was recommended that the organisation should try to obtain more individual donors or start supplementary actions.
