Latvian literature in Lithuania - perception of classical and contemporary literature after 1991
Sedláčková, Anna ; Montvilaite, Geda (advisor) ; Štoll, Pavel (referee)
Although, based on geographical proximity and belonging to one language family, it may seem very likely that Latvian literature will be an inseparable part of the Lithuanian book market, the absence of a more comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach focused on the period after 1991 to this topic rather indicates the opposite. The aim of this work is to evaluate the perception of Latvian literature by the professionals (literary scholars), both classical and contemporary, and at the same time to compare whether the tendency to translate Latvian works into Lithuanian is weakening or strengthening. Even though a wide range of works from Latvian literature were translated between 1990-2023, it could be assumed that there is not a proportionate number of works that would map the development and perception of Latvian literature in Lithuania. Although the goal of this thesis is not to completely fill this empty space, the ambition remains to systematically describe these phenomena and, if possible, also explain the factors that lead to a smaller (or, conversely, a larger) number of translations from Latvian literature. Keywords: Latvian literature, translations, literary reception, Lithuania, contemporary literature, classic literature
Stanovení bílkovin u pšenic z konvenčního a ekologického pěstování a jejich vliv na kvalitu zrna
Sedláčková, Anna
The main aim of this diploma thesis was to determine selected signs of baking quality in selected trials from organic and organic agriculture of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in the season of 2020/2021. This annual trial included combination of twenty varieties and new breedings of wheat sown in two different locations, Weikendorf (organic agriculture) and Dörfles (ecological agriculture). There was evaluated ifestation by Blumeria graminis, Septoria tritici, Puccinia striiformis and Fusarium graminearum during the 2021 vegetation. Subsequently was determined the yield from individual trials (dt.ha-1) and laboratory analyzes were carried out, starting with the evaluation of flour yield using Quadrumat Junior and SRC-CHOPIN 2, NIR, SDS and Zeleny sedimentation test, alveographic and extensographic evaluation, and finally evaluation using GlutoPeak. The year 2020/2021 was characterised by frequent and high rainfall totals during sowing and harvesting. Meteorological conditions during the year, local influences and different agrotechnical procedures played a significant role in the formation of technological quality of the grain. The limit of 12,5 % of protein set by Austria was met at the location Weikendorf (conventional agriculture) by all varieties and new breeding except variety `Campesino`. At the location Dörfles (organic agriculture) was this limit not met by any of chosen varieties and new breedings. The results of determining the other technological parameters showed significant differences between the quality of the harvest in favor of conventional agriculture. It was made a series of correlations between selected quality parameters. In particular, that grain from conventional and organic farming can differ significantly even from the point of view of evaluating the relationships between selected quality parameters.

Sedláčková, Anna ; Vopršalová, Marie (advisor) ; Tilšer, Ivan (referee)
Cardiovascular diseases present the cause of more than half of all deaths in the Czech Republic. As confirmed by many clinical studies, pharmacotherapy with hypolipidemics is definitely beneficial for patients in a secondary prevention of ischemic heart disease. This thesis aims to observe and compare the consumption and spectra of hypolipidemics dispensed in years 2005 and 2006 using data from a single pharmacy with specialized sites; moreover it aims to observe changes in their consumption after generic atorvastatin preparations entered the Czech market and after atorvastatin was enabled to be prescribed by general practitioners, using a month-by-month analysis of the three mostly dispensed hypolipidemics in year 2005 (atorvastatin, simvastatin and fenofibrate). Using the Paenium pharmaceutical electronic system, the consumptions of individual hypolipidemic medical preparations in years 2005 and 2006 have been recorded as a number of packages actually collected by patients upon their medical prescriptions. To enable the consumptions of individual active substances and also groups of hypolipidemics to be compared, these numbers have been converted into Defined Daily Doses (DDD) and the percentage of individual active substances and groups of hypolipidemics within the total consumption have been counted....
