The theme of this thesis is definition of marketing mix of experience brasserie Pivní burza, which is engaged on the sale of draft beer for variable prices, which are changing based on demand of customers. The main points are analysis and developing the marketing mix. Then making suggestions to improvement that will help to better competitiveness of company. Concrete suggestions will be based on conducted analysis.

Mechanical response of long-fiber-reinforced polymer composite

This diploma thesis is focused on monitoring of mechanical response of long-fiber reinforced polymer composite. Main part of this thesis was preparation of long-fiber reinforced composite specimens, on which matrix was reinforced by commercially sized glass fibers. For comparison of properties were prepared specimens reinforced by unsized glass fibers. Apart from preparing specimens reinforced by long glass fibers were prepared specimens contains long carbon fibers. For evaluation of mechanical response of the prepared composite specimen were used flexural test and short beam shear test. Mechanical response was evaluated with universal testing machine ZWICK Z010 and data were processed in OriginPro 8 program. Thanks to evaluation of the mechanical response of the prepared specimens was assessed adhesion to fiber-matrix interface. By examining the mechanical response or adhesion can be assessed efficiency of commercial fiber surface treatment and so standardize measurement to compare other options of surface treatments.

High Performance Polymer Composites

High performance polymer composites are materials with emphasis on specific chemical and mechanical properties due to their broad scope of applications. The main advantages are high strenght and toughness in comparison with their low weight and density. An increased adhesion at composite interfaces is important to ensure excellent composite properties. Bundles of glass fibers were coated by plasma-polymerised interlayers of tetravinylsilane (pp-TVS) of different thicknesses and at different effective powers. The prepared interlayers of pp-TVS were analyzed to evaluate chemical composition (RBS, FTIR, XPS) and mechanical properties (NI-AFM). Microindentation test and fiber-bundle pull-out test were used to determine the interfacial shear strenght.

Sluneční články jsou slibnou a rozvíjející se alternativou ke klasickým zdroj·m elektrické energie. V této práci studujeme r·zné parametry křemíkových a organických slunečních článk·. Ze získa- ných temných voltampérových charakteristik křemíkového článku naměřených při více teplotách byl určen mechanismus transportu náboje v porovnání s teoretickými modely. Taktéž u organické vrstvy polymeru P3CT byl z temné voltampérové charakteristiky za pokojové teploty navržen me- chanismus transportu náboje. Pro měření voltampérových charakteristik slunečních článk· za osvětlení byl použit simulátor slunečního záření. Z naměřených osvětlených voltampérových charakteristik byly určeny výstupní parametry křemíkových a organických slunečních článk·, přičemž byl kladen d·raz na účinnost přeměny sluneční energie na energii elektrickou. Zjištěná účinnost křemíkového článku byla η = 13, 21% a maximální účinnost organických článk· byla η = 1, 51%.

Martin Varga Department: Department of Macromolecular Physics Supervisor: RNDr. Jan Prokeš, CSc., Department of Macromolecular Physics Abstract: Charge transport in polyaniline (PANI) and polypyrrole (PPy) was studied in respect to various oxidants, dopants, morphology, and other modifica- tions in their synthesis. The mechanism of transport was discussed in the frame- work of combination of several models characteristic for disordered solids due to inherent heterogeneous structure of conducting polymers. Effect of drying on conductivity was studied and the long-time limit was explained with the diffusion- based model for bulk materials. For PPy nanotubes stability in strong alkaline media and aging were studied by AC and DC techniques. While conductivity of naturally aged samples after two years remained in the same order of magni- tude, after exposure to alkaline media or accelerated aging at high temperatures, conductivity decreased several orders of magnitude. Degraded material exhibited strong disorder and the transport model was completely changed. Despite severe treatment electrical properties were still comparable to other as-prepared mate- rials. Studium stejnosměrných a střídavých charakteristik polyanilinu v závislosti na technologii přípravy

Our aim in the present work is to provide and evaluate AC and DC characteristics of the polyaniline based materials. Different experiemtal techniques and devices have been used to achieve this goal. An introduction to the theoretical concepts of conductivity is given as well. The core of this thesis is an investigation of temperature and low pressure dependences, as well as the ageing effects for two systems (composites) in respect of the different preparation conditions such as dopants and their molar concentration, origin and the content of inorganic component and the way of polymerisation. An agreement with theoretical models is discussed.

Monetary policy in Czechoslovakia 1919 - 1929

This study focuses on describing and analyzing monetary policy in Czechoslovakia between 1919 and 1929. Initially devoted to theoretical definition of monetary policy and approaches to the nature of money. The analytical part describes the most important events of the decade in terms of monetary policy. Particular emphasis is placed primarily on monetary reform, which made Alois Rašín in 1919. The work also describes a change in direction from the deflationary policy to monetary stabilization, on which has the largest merit Engliš, second significant figure in the Czechoslovak monetary policy in those years. As Rašín and Engliš contributed significantly to successful monetary developments in postwar Czechoslovakia. Rašin deal with strong inflationary pressures and gave rise to solid and credible crown. Engliš is behind the most significant economic boom in the history of republic.
