Marketing Audit Focused on Customer Satisfaction

The master‘s thesis focuses on the marketing audit of selected marketing activities with focus on the satisfaction of customers of the internet shop Calzanatta which deals with the sale of women's clothing, footwear and accessories. Based on the results of the audit are made suggestions that can contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and improving the company's position on the market.

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the management of the logistics concept with focus on continuous material flows in the manufacturing company IFE-CR, a.s.. The thesis analyses the logistics a material flows during the process of the order in the firm. Based on the findings of deficiencies and bottlenecks at the analysis a solution will be suggested, which should effectively solve problems, ensure a flowing process of the order and satisfaction of the customer.
The past and present of Liberec choirs Cum decore and Cum amore

This bachelor thesis concerns two related Liberec choirs: Cum decore and Cum amore, also known as Potěr (Spawn). This paper offers insight into their history from 1991, when the original choir was established, up to April 2023. The aim of this thesis is to gather all relevant pieces of information spread across many sources into one document. These pieces of information are to be classified systematically with regard to their chronological order and their topic. The outdated data are to be updated. The period of existence of the choir or choir departments is divided into four main stages of development. The first stage refers to the period when there was the original choir which had been led by Ludvík Lukuvka. The second stage describes the first six years after Čeněk Svoboda became the main choirmaster. The third stage corresponds to the school year 2007/2008 as it is when the choir was divided into its two departments: Cum decore and Cum amore or Potěr. The fourth stage lasts from then up to the school year 2022/2023 and each of these two departments is described in its own section. Music as an Attribute of the Ethnic Identity of African Americans

The objective of the dissertation is a detailed study of the interactions between music and ethnic identity of a selected ethnic group - African Americans during several historical periods, and the use of information obtained from literary sources as research starting point for fieldwork. The main research question is: Music and its role in the formation of an African American ethnic identity today. The introductory chapters of the dissertation give an overview of basic concepts and theories and briefly clarify the terms African Americans, African American music, and ethnic identity in terms of their interconnection. The main part of the theoretical part of the study focuses on the role of music in the process of an African American ethnic identity formation and is divided into five chapters, each of which discusses interactions between music and ethnic identity in different historical periods, for example during slavery times in North America and the Reconstruction of the South, during the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920s and The Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s, or in the so-called post-soul era of the 1980s and 1990s. This bachelor thesis covers two related Liberec choirs: Cum decore and Cum amore (inicially called as Potěr) and their history (from 1991, when established, up to this day). The aim of this paper is to gather all relevant pieces of information spread across many sources, classify them systematically (with regard to their chronological order and their topic) and update the outdated data. The existence of the choir(s) is devided into 4 main stages of development. The first stage refers to the period when the (original) choir was led by Ludvík Lukuvka. The second stage describes the first 6 years after Čeněk Svoboda became the main choirmaster. The third stage corresponds to the school year 2007/2008 as it is when the choir separated into 2 departments. And lastly, the fourth stage lasts from then up to this day and each of these two departments is described in its own section. Each of these stages offers a description of the conditions, under which the choir (or choir departments) worked for that period of time - such as how the numbers of the choir members changed, what their repertoir consisted of, what projects they involved in (the projects are sorted into smaller groups based on their similarities), what their dress-code looked like and which people had a supportive role there at that time....
A Comparison of rakugo story Minashigo and the novel Oliver Twist

(anglicky) The author of this bachelor thesis apply to comparison between the novel Oliver Twist (1838) written by Charles Dickens (1812-1870) and the rakugo Minashigo (The Orphan, 1896) which is adaptation of Oliver Twist. The author of Minashigo was Henry James Black (art name Kairakutei Burakku, 1858-1923), Australian with British origins, who most of his life lived in Japan, became citizen of Japan and actively took part in the cultural activities there. The main aim of this thesis is vy using comparative method find out what content and narrative shifts occurred between the selected texts, and what the audience or reader of the Meiji period could grasp from Black's adaptation of Oliver Twist. Comparison of Montessori method approaches with procedures of structured learning in preschool children with Asperger syndrome

The bachelor thesis focuses on comparing approaches of the Montessori method with the procedures of structured learning in preschool children with Asperger's syndrome. Two children with Asperger's syndrome, who are guided according to the given educational system, were selected to fulfil the goals of the qualification work. The Montessori method and structured learning procedures were compared in terms of suitability for any child with Asperger's syndrome as it was based on the observation of children in the relevant system and on the interviews provided by children's mothers, pedagogue, and teaching assistant of one of the boys. Everything was done in the design of the case study. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains the specifics and basic information of Asperger's syndrome for the selection of the educational system, subsequent work with the child, and finally a description of the various approaches to the Montessori method and structured learning. The practical part deals with research data from interviews and observations, which are given to a broader context and are compared in terms of suitability for this type of disability.
Modes of termination of employment

In my graduation theses I focused on the ways to terminate the employment relationship.I enforced chracteristics of each way of the termination and legal possibilites for using it.I mentioned the differences between present - day legal regulations end previous legal regulations. I engaged in specific changes of termination of the employment relationship brought by the present Labour Code in the area of legal regulations, as in the part concerning applicable legal regulations, so in the part defining individual ways of termination of the employment relationship. In the conclusion of this graduation theses I would like to focus on the Labour Code especially with the view of what improvements or on the contrary impairment has brought in the area of legal regulations in termination of the employment relationship on the part of employers and employees. Next I would like to mention several conceptual changes in the Labour Code, which are being prepared by ministry of labour and social affairs. In content of this I would like to introduce some of my de lege ferenda considerations. The Labour Code of 2006 was accepted embarrassedly since its release. 76 POSTING OF WORKERS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROVISION OF SERVICES RESUMÉ This thesis deals with posting of workers in the framework of provision of services. As I had considered this subject-matter to be topical and very useful for every undertaking in the European Community I decided to analyze current legal background of this area both at the European level and at the Czech level. The aim of this paper is to provide with an overview on the current situation, reveal the lacks of the legislation, eveluate the effectivity of the regulation, make suggestions of improvement and illustrate a possible development in this area in the future. A sufficient part of my thesis is focused on the comparison of the Czech and Belgian legislation concerning posted workers and their work conditions. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter makes an introduction into the topic of posting workers. Chapter two explains the basic principles of free movement of services within the European Community of which the posting of workers is an integral part. The basis of the thesis is then the third chapter which is directed on the European directive concerning posting of workers itself.
