The bachelor thesis focuses on creating suggestions regarding improvements of the business entity marketing mix, which operates on the service market. The global analysis of the marketing mix and the economic environment is done based on the theoretical knowledge and followed by the recommendations related to the current situation improvements. The original intention was to process a marketing mix for a limited liability company, but unfortunately, it refused to participate, so I was forced to find another entity willing to cooperate.
