Case study of patient with diagnose bimalleolus fracture of the ankle joint solved osteosynthesis

Title: Case study of patient with diagnose bimalleolus fracture of the ankle joint solved osteosynthesis. Aim: The aim of my bachelors thesis is the processing case interpretation and patient care with diagnosed bimalleolus fracture of the ankle joint a explanation with the problems of this diagnosis from a practical and theoretical perspective. Metholodgy of work: Work includes processing of scientific literature on the subject and is divided into general and special part. In the general part it is describe the anatomical structure, kinesiology and biomechanics of the ankle joint. It also contains traumatology, especially fractures of the ankle joint and their treatment both conservative and operative procedures, complications and standard physiotherapy treatment. In the special part is presented a case study a patient, with whom I worked on the continuous practice from 4. 1 to 29. 1. 2016 in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu Vysočany on an outpatient department and in the gym under the guidance of Iveta Pokorná DiS. Title of thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of patient with diagnosis sutured rupture of quadriceps femoris muscle - vastus medialis et lateralis. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process the case study of patient with diagnosis sutured rupture of quadriceps femoris muscle - vastus medialis et lateralis. The thesis is divided into two general parts - the general part and the special part. The general part contains theoretical findings about the disease, options of treatment and therapy. Special part includes case study of the patient, especially the physical examination, therapy, development of treatment and therapy, final evaluation and the effect of therapy. Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis st.p. luxation of shoulder joint Bachelor thesis concerns with luxation of the shoulder joint. This thesis is divided into two main parts, which are part general and special. General part describes of anatomy upper limb girdle, kinesiology, instability and shoulder joint luxation, last but not least clinical state, therapy and physiotherapy patient after shoulder joint luxation. In the second, special part consists casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient after luxation of L shoulder joint. Casuistry was elaborated in C.L.P.A. Vysočany from 7th January to 28th January 2014. The casuistry contains the patient's anamnesis, entrance kinesiological analysis, therapy description, output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the therapy effect. Use of air cargo transport by a chosen company

The thesis deals with air cargo transport and its use by a chosen company. The theoretical part gives detailed information on air cargo transport and its providers. The practical part focuses on the use of air cargo transport by a specific company. It describes a system for orders processing and dispatching. The system is demonstrated on an example of a consignment transported by air to Bolivia. The possible improvements of the system are suggested. The practical part also analyses the transport of all consignments within the specific period. The data are used for introducing the company to several transport companies aiming to enter cooperation. The offers received from the transport companies are compared and evaluated.

Trade with selected commodities with focus on fair trade

Using the example of three commodities and three countries, the purpose of the thesis "Trade with selected commodities with focus on fair trade" is to analyse a chosen commodity market in different states. Focusing on developing countries, the work aims to confirm the validity of theoretical models of the international trade. Moreover, extra attention is paid to the alternative concept of fair trade. The thesis is divided into four chapters with the first giving the theoretical basis for the consequential analysis. The second chapter deals with the fair trade movement, the third part examines the concrete industry in the particular country, and the last chapter studies the consequences of fair trade on producers in the Sub-Saharan region.

World Cocoa Market and Global Production of Cocoa

This bachelor thesis deals with the world market of cocoa beans. It aims to describe the global cocoa production and the most important producing countries as well as analyze collected data of trade flows with this commodity. The work is divided into three interrelated parts. The first chapter is dedicated to the general characteristic of the cocoa tree and the history of its growing. The second chapter presents the quantity of the production in particular areas of harvesting during the second half of the twentieth century and at the same time it mentions business relations between producers and consumers. The last chapter raises the issue of Fair Trade on the example of cocoa.
