This thesis focuses on proposing further development strategy for a company that operates a small Mexican bistro and a food truck in Brno. The theoretical section defines key concepts and insights regarding the development of small businesses. The analytical part applies selected research and analytical methods to data obtained from both primary and secondary sources, providing an evaluation of the current situation of the company. The proposal section concentrates on suggesting a specific strategy and its assessment.
Feasibility study of Business activities

The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of a feasibility study for a new board game, so that the thesis presents the basis for supporting entrepreneurs, or rejecting this plan. The work focused on three parts. The production part, which proposes ideal methods of production, according to product requirements and costs. In the second part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the external environment using market analysis, target group, PESTLE or Porter's five forces model. The final part evaluates the economic feasibility of the project. Product marketing mix, break-even point analysis, ROI analysis and SWOT analysis are covered here. These analyzes work with information from the analysis of the internal and external environment. Finally, the balance sheet and profit and loss statement are prepared.
Feasibility study

This thesis develops a feasibility study for the introduction of a new product. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the project. With the help of market research and analysis of the external environment, the current market situation was mapped and a SWOT analysis was performed. In the technical part, the design of the production process was developed and the production time was determined. The economic part quantified the cost and price of the finished product. In the techno-economic evaluation, the return on equity was determined, the break even point was determined and the risks of implementation were found and arrangements to minimize them were proposed.

This bachelor thesis is focused on developing a suitable business plan for a specific company selling paintings on canvas. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at explaining the basic concepts related to business plan, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce. The analytical part includes an analysis of the micro and macro environment of the business, marketing research and will provide the necessary information for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part is devoted to developing a suitable plan into a business plan and assessing the suitability of implementing.

This thesis deals with a feasibility study of a business plan for a restaurant in Brno, which combines the concept of an American BBQ with a microbrewery. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a comprehensive study that includes an analysis of the market, competitive environment, marketing strategy, financial plan and operational plan to establish and sustain such a venture in the market. The thesis provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges associated with operating a restaurant with a brewery in Brno and provides recommendations for successfully starting a business in this area.
Application of an Integrated Model of Management and Design of Balanced Scorecard in the Organization

The thesis is focused on management analysis of the selected organization in terms of components and factors that are then used to design of the system of strategic management Balanced Scorecard. The first part is focused on describing the theoretical background concerning the issue of the effect of the organizations administration and management. Comprehensive evaluation of the level of management is performed in the second part. Organizational performance is assessed using the Balanced Scorecard method. Particular perspectives, strategy, targets and their measurements are determined for organization. The interdependence of the targets is presented in the Strategic Map. The conclusion is made by evaluating the achieved findings and formulating specific recommendations for the selected organization.

This thesis analyzes the project management of large construction projects (over 1 billion CZK) in the Czech Republic from the perspective of a private investor of profit sector, taking into account the potential impact of foreign capital in the project management. Theoretical and methodological part is focused on identifying specific project management of large construction project, on the basis of english-speaking - mainly British professional literature. The practical part contains a brief description of the specific project and a specific structure and contents of the Project manual of a specific large construction project, this document is the main managing document of the large construction project.

As the topic itself might advice, this diploma thesis examines the issue of governance of a real company, TQM -- Holding s.r.o. The fundaments of this thesis are the management in the mentioned organization and the ownership structure of said organization, as well as its administrative bodies and their activities. The thesis examines whether the organizational and ownership structure of the company are well chosen in the sense that the company is able to operate effectively for both its future development and the satisfaction of its customers. The analysis aims, among others, to find out what competencies were passed on the managers by the owners -- and what competencies the owners have refused to delegate, i.e. in what way the owners might take part in managing the company.
Draft Standardization Project to re-mold Processes and Procedures in Oresi, Ltd

The subject of this work was the now completed project pertaining to the reconstruction of kitchen work tops DOLTI made by Oresi s.r.o.. The aim here was to determine whether this project is standardizable or completely unique. Based on thorough research of the term project, i have created a concise list of characteristics of the term Research into the term standardization yelded the final choice of the PMI standard. Results of research into the term project allowed me to then identify individual sources of information. The focus was on qualitative data and where higher degree of understanding is required, an opinion from an expert of the relevant field is avaliable. Based on the analysis of the data gathered, it is then determined whether the reconstruction of DOLTI is a unique project and a form of standardization of repeated ations/tasks in accordance to the PMI standard is proposed to ensure potentional simplification and organisation of planning pertaining to future projects undertaken by Oresi s.ro.

The diploma thesis deals with issues of administration and control of a company, so-called corporate governance. It deals with relationships and links between the owners and management that need to be regulated because the ownership is separated from the management and control. The aim of this work is a thorough examination of the current state of corporate governance at a particular company. The primary object of the examination is the ownership and organizational structure, individual elements, their relationships and competencies and subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the applied system.
