This bachelor thesis on the subject Using packaging in meat production is focused on issue about using packaging in meat production. It describes range of meat products by valid legislation regulations related to packaging. It describes process of creating meat products and used technique. It defines packaging and its functions which are important in technological, sensory and hygienic point of view. It also describes packaging creates from several materials and history of creating packaging. This thesis is also focused on each way of packaging meat and meat products and possibilities of extending of durability of meat products. Thesis is also focused on issue about defects of packaging and describes migration of substances into meat products.

Employees Training and Development in the Company

The thesis focuses on employee training and development in a selected company and its goal is to define basic terms related to the training process, assess the current standard of training at the customer centre of the selected training company and to suggest possible improvements.
The theoretical part is based on the secondary literature listed at the end of the thesis. It defines theoretical terms related to the complete training process that serve as a basis for comparison with empirical data from the research.
The practical part evaluates the current condition of the training process and possibilities of development for the consultants working at the customer centre of the selected training company. As for the method, the research relies on questionnaires as a source of information from people responsible for training as well as on electronic questionnaires sent to the customer centre employees. This part addresses, above all, the current state of training process, which consists of several stages: identification of training needs, scheduling training plans, selecting appropriate training methods and implementing and evaluating the actual training. This part also briefly discusses the question of training efficiency.
Employee training and development in the company presents one of the most important competitive advantages available to the given company and as such, it is necessary for attaining a prominent position in the market.

Key Factors of Successful Niche Market Strategy in Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the niche market strategy as one of the marketing strategies used mainly among small and medium-sized companies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze successful Czech firms that indicate the occurrence of characteristics of the studied direction, and to determine the key factors that influenced their success. In the research, primary data obtained through on-line questionnaires and interviews with company representatives as well as secondary data downloaded from the Internet were used.

Social Networks in the Sphere of Tourism

The object of thesis is to evaluate possibilities for offer services in development of tourism by using social networks. Emphasis is placed on the most widely used social networks in Czech Republic. The theoretical part will be processed by the general issue of tourism and development in information and communication technologies with emphasis on application in marketing. In the practical part will be realized research about scope of travel agencies on social networks. The design part of thesis is given to options of optimal use of social network Facebook for selected travel agency Levante Ltd., which currently does not use social networking opportunities. Therefore, they proposed various steps designed to fully exploit the marketing potential of this network.
