Creation School Educational Program in Selected School Focused on Health Education.

Theaim of the Master's thesis is to create a school education program for a selected school with a focus on Health Education. This specifically concerns the creation of an elative subjekt called Support for Health and Safety. The goal of the selected basic school is to offer students more elative subjects from the 2022/2023 school year. The theoretical section maps preventive programs of the Pilsen Region's Fire Rescue Service and the Police of the Czech Republic, social services and non-profit organizations in the city in which the basic school is located. A part of this section also includes a description of the Health and Safety Education (HSE) educational branch of study, the cross-cutting topic of Personal and Social Education (PSE) and a supplementary educational branch of study called Ethical Education (EE). The practical section contains a questionnaire surfy evaluation that was carried out at the basic school. Teachers of both levels and second-level students were included in the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire surfy took place with the goal of definic the educational kontent of the subject. Anglicism in French

Ve této práci bylo mou snahou osvětlit pojem anglicismus ve francouzštině na pozadí historickém i v rámci kontextu současné společnosti. Je to fenomén, jež pro francouzský jazyk představuje zdroj obohacení lexika na straně jedné a ohrožení jazykového systému se všemi jeho specifiky na straně druhé. Není mým záměrem dělat na základě získaných informací závěry a hodnotit tento fenomén. Snažím se spíše poukázat na různé stránky, které tento jev v rámci francouzského jazyka obnáší. Množství typů anglicismů, svědčí o velké bohatosti a různorodosti tohoto jevu a je znakem toho, že přes všechny snahy puristů nelze vývoji jazyka za pomoci výpůjček zabránit. Jediné oč se výše uvedené organizace a instituce mohou snažit je tento vývoj usměrnit, což samo o sobě je úkol nelehký.

Prevention and solution of cyberbullying teacher at primary school in the Pilsen region

This bachelor thesis is about prevention of cyberbullying (teacher) in schools. The object of the work describe preventiv measures and what to do when the cyberbullying occurs. The respondent is school from Pilsen region. This actual topic describe National research on cyberbullying teachers from Kopecký and Szotkowski (2016). In research is written, that one fifth know cyber attacks and 94 from 5 136 respondents (teachers) were victims of cyberbullying. Topic is analyzed in schools documents (school rules, Minimum preventiv program, Bullying and cyberbullying prevention, annual report 2017/2018) and in interview with educational adviser. Documents are encoded. The questions in the practical part are - who do prevention of risky behavior, in which items and what form. Analyzed are educational events for teachers and process, when the bullying or cyberbullying is in the school. Financing of municipalities in France

This thesis deals with funding methods of municipalities in France. The first part of this thesis is theoretical, it introduces fundamental terms and theories, regarding funding of municipalities, problems of budget setting and components, which can form revenue side of the budget. At the beginning of the second part I introduce the structure of municipalities in France. The main objective of this thesis is detailed characterization of revenues, that these municipalities collect, and their subsequent analysis. For this reason I answer these questions: What revenue sources are collected by municipalities, what are the most important revenue sources, how individual revenue sources evolve over time, whether there is in this country the tendency to strengthen the financial autonomy of municipal authorities or rather the state tends to finance municipal authorities through subsidies. At the end of this thesis, I have compared the system of municipal financing in France and in the Czech Republic and made some recommendations, how could the Czech system be reformed.
