Fixed-term employment

This Rigorous thesis deals with the issue of fixed-term employment. From this point of view the employee and the employer. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the legislation on fixed-term employment. An important part is dealing with the key case law. I compare the different interpretation of specific problematic issues made by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. This comparison includes a demonstration of specific situations that may occur. This work is divided into eight main chapters. In the first chapter I deal with the conceptual definition and creation of employment relationship. In the following second chapter I go through the historical development of the employment relationship. The first two introductory chapters are primarily about employment in general. In the third chapter I deal with the first independent regulation of fixed-term employment, which was laid down in Act No. 65/1965 Coll., Labor Code. I focus in particular on the changes that fixed-term contract took place over time. The fourth chapter deals with the previous version of the legislation on fixed-term employment which was laid down in Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code. Coordination properties of TACN ethylphosphonic derivative

Ligand NOTPOEt was synthesized. Protonation constants and stability constants of Cu(II), Zn(II), Ni(II) and Ga(III) complexes were determined by potentiometric titrations. Cu(II) complex was characterized by UV-VIS spectroscopy and formation of Ga(III) complex was studied by NMR spectroscopy. The work was aimed at characterisation of the ligand with respect to potential application in biomedical imaging techniques.

Didactic Game in Education of History in Second Degree of Basic School

The thesis is about a didactic game in a teaching of history in second degree of basic school. The theoretical part describes a characteristic of game and a competition (basic concepts, a relationship among the concepts), the didactic game and its motivation role to education, procedure of putting the didactic game in education and an importance of didactic games in history education. Aims of the thesis was draw up a set of didactic games for all year-classes of history lessons in second degree of basic school, make up a questionnaire for didactic games and find out through the questionnaire how execution of didactic games works in education of history in basic schools. The aims were fulfilled. Through the use of questionnaire method I found out experience of teachers with putting the didactic games in education, frequency of use the didactic games and a ways of insertion. I created a set of didactic games which can be used not only teachers.

Meeting the Spiritual Needs of Disabled Persons

The diploma thesis is concerned with the spiritual needs of disabled persons. The topic is based on the psychology of personality, characterizes human needs, and defines motivation, values and interests. Basic areas of psychology of religion and religious education follow. The educational view focuses on issues associated with the religiosity of human beings seeking aims for religious education. Further chapters are dedicated to disabled persons, describe basic types of such disability and based on the author´s personal experience they show the specificities of the life of disabled persons. The second part concentrates on meeting the spiritual needs. The thematic area gives rise to the methodological proposal for the didactic opening of the spiritual needs. Several didactic units containing individual lessons for a group of disabled persons form part of the thesis.
