Implementation of participation processes into organization on example of creation of organization's mission and vizion. Action research.

First part of this dissertation defines used key words from the area of management and research. Further this work describes the creation process of mission and vision of District charity Jihlava with rigorous participation of this organization's co-workers. The process is carried out by action research and is set into the frame of strategic planning of the organization. Action research is focused on the influence monitoring of participation of the co-workers on the changes in the organization. The conclusion reflects realized or commenced changes in the operation area, organizational structure and culture as well as changes in the subjective experience of the co-worker relations towards the organization.

Tennis movement of elite female-players

Title: The comparison of the tennis footwork during the match by the elite female-players. Goals: To describe and analyze tennis footwork from ready position to hit the ball and analyze tennis stance during the match by the elite female-players. Method: In this thesis we collected the data based on observation and videorecording. The data was written sheet of paper down. The obtained data are subjected to final processing using mathematical and mathematical-statistical methods. Results: According to these female-players we have found out that the most footwork to hit the ball is running. During the hit the ball there is no footwork and the most footwork back to ready position is schuffle. The most common tennis stance is open stance. Key words: tennis, tennis footwork, tennis stance

Creativity, Innovation and Organizational Culture

The diploma thesis deals with the creativity, innovation and organizational culture. In the theoretical part are defined the main concepts, their mutual relations, elements and barriers. The practical part is checked by questionnaire, own personal observations and interviews with employees of the actual status of the organizational culture in the company. Based on the survey results are presented recommendations that lead to the increase in the employee creativity, motivation and overall improvement of the current level of the organizational culture in the company.
