Motive of dehumanization of a man in the contemporary mexican drama: Edgar Chías, Jaime Chabaud.

(in English) This thesis concerns of motive of the dehumanization in two contemporary pieces of mexican drama, play Rashid 9/11 of playwright Jaime Chabauda and play Crack o de las cosas sin nombre of Edgar Chías. First part of the thesis is concerned with the concept of dehumanization, as it is percieved by contemporary thinkers as K. P. Liessmann, K.P. Lorenc, M. F Foucault, J. F. Lyotard and others. The thesis investigate causes of phenomena, that a lot of sociologist and philosophers call "dehumanization" or "vanishing of humanity" and try to investigate it's traces in contemporary hypermodern society. Second part of thesis is dedicated to introducing studied plays in the context of world's dramatic creation of 20 and 21. century with the emphasy on the inspirational sources, that are meanted by authors of the plays. Third part of the thesis concerns of categories of dramatic space, time and characters with the accent on the analysis and interpretation of the theme of the dehumanization in all levels of the plays. Marriage Studies Twenty Years Later: Gender Overtones in Documentary Works

This diploma thesis considers the gender overtones, implications and messages in media production, which could lead to the (re)production of gender inequalities. Gender analysis of media production is able to undermine the presumption of media neutrality and neutrality of documentary work as a genre. This thesis is based on a study of concrete documentary work "Marriage Studies Twenty Years Later".
Social-economic status of Czech teacher

Theoretical part of dissertation was focused to defined concept teacher and his social and economic position. These concepts were focused from professional literature and law of Czech Republic. Practical part then is turn on in first line on the research of teacher's job. Some of them refer to prestige of teacher, another generally teachers position, his intensity and complexity, another was devoted education system universally. The second part explores from qualitative research of some respondents their attitudes and opinions to teachers position. The target of thesis was compare of idea trainees with conclusion, where was found out from researches of teachers job and professional literature. The thesis come to the conclusion in teacher's prestige and together was alert to some phenomenon, where are charted but not appropriately resolved. Native Handicraft Textile Production in Oaxaca

This thesis is a case study about three textile cooperatives made up of women from three indigenous ethnic groups in the Mexican state of Oaxaca: Galvain Cuy (Zapotecs, Teotitlán del Valle community), Jiñi Ñuu (Mixtecs, San Juan Colorado community) and Kee Nshií (Chatino people, Santiago Yaitepec community). Together with other Oaxaca handcraft cooperatives, these are connected with the community firm Color y Cultura, which looks after the sales and promotion of their products. This paper maps the cooperative work of the indigenous women who are involved in handcrafted textile production in the above-mentioned three communities, and how the umbrella firm Color y Cultura residing in Oaxaca de Juárez operates. It examines how these women perceive the cooperative business model and the Color y Cultura community firm, which they are connected with, as well as the advantages and weaknesses of this model of a work organisation. It also treats their ethnic self- perception in relation to their actual handcraft work and the promotion thereof. The membership in Color y Cultura makes it possible for the women in the cooperatives studied to avoid dealing with a middleman thanks to its brick and mortar shop in Oaxaca. This brings them a higher profit, creative freedom and direct contact with the customer....
