DESIGN AND APLICATION OF COLLABORATION ROBOTS
Mecera, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of construction and application of collaborative robots. Thanks to the comparison of cobots and traditional robots, the strengths and weaknesses of cobots are found. The work describes the influence of the requirement for safe cooperation with humans on the construction of cobots, end effectors, and suitable applications of cobots in industry. Mezinárodní strojírenský veletrh 2023 is the source of modern applications presented in this thesis. The system analysis of the issue of robotization with cobots describes the contribution of cobots to automation. The analysis of the structure of the system with a cobot, the influences of the environment on this system, and the description of the life cycle of the cobot allow estimating the productivity of the cobot in a given application. The work introduces the concepts of Industry 4.0. It compares predictive maintenance of cobots with the maintenance of other machines. It presents applications of cobots with a significant representation of the principles of Industry 4.0. The work provides recommendations concerning the research of cobot construction, the use of artificial intelligence in teaching cobots, and recommendations for applying the principles of Industry 4.0 in the transformation of a traditional factory into a smart factory.
Parrot Virtual Machine
Mecera, Martin ; Techet, Jiří (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The thesis describes types and properties of modern virtual machines. Principles of each mentioned virtual machine are described. Substantial effort is devoted to the description of high level language virtual machines. Parrot virtual machine is depicted. Characteristics of Parrot architecture are esential part of this bachelors thesis.

On-Chip Debugger Generator
Hrbáček, Radek ; Mecera, Martin (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and implementation of an on-chip debugger and its connection to the hardware generated using software tools developed as a part of the Lissom project. The first part introduces the JTAG and Nexus 5001 standards, which the implemented interface complies with. The practical part includes detailed description of the developed tool and its testing. The result is a functional on-chip debugger that has been tested with the Codea processor on the FITKit educational platform.
Transformation from C to VHDL Language
Mecera, Martin ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Masařík, Karel (advisor)
The thesis describes the process of transformation of the behavior of processor described in C language into VHDL language. Individual steps of automatized transformation are compared to manual design of processor. The thesis highlights advantages of the internal representation of program in the form of graph. Optimizations based on various factors are introduced in this thesis. One of them are algebraic modifications of expressions. The time of computation or space requirements of the circuit can be lowered by proper aplication of properties of math operators - associativity, comutativity and distributivity. Special attention is payed to optimizations, that make use of parallelism of operations for the process of planning. Algorithms of time-constrained scheduling and resource-constrained scheduling are discussed. The end of this thesis is devoted to resource allocation.
