Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem současného stavu konstrukce a aplikace kolaborativních robotů. Díky porovnání kobotů a tradičních robotů jsou nalezeny silné a slabé stránky kobotů. Práce popisuje vliv požadavku na bezpečnost spolupráce s člověkem na konstrukci kobotů, koncových efektorů a na vhodné aplikace kobotů v průmyslu. Zdrojem moderních aplikací jsou prezentace kobotů na Mezinárodním strojírenském veletrhu 2023. Systémový rozbor problematiky robotizace s koboty popisuje přínos kobotů při automatizaci. Analýza struktury systému s kobotem, vlivy prostředí na tento systém a popis životního cyklu kobotu umožňují odhadovat produktivitu kobotu v dané aplikaci. Práce uvádí koncepty Průmyslu 4.0. Porovnává prediktivní údržbu kobotů s údržbou ostatních strojů. Prezentuje aplikace kobotů s výrazným zastoupením principů Průmyslu 4.0. Práce uvádí doporučení, která se týkají výzkumu konstrukce kobotů, použití umělé inteligence při učení kobotů a doporuční pro aplikování principů Průmyslu 4.0 při transformaci tradiční továrny na chytrou továrnu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of construction and application of collaborative robots. Thanks to the comparison of cobots and traditional robots, the strengths and weaknesses of cobots are found. The work describes the influence of the requirement for safe cooperation with humans on the construction of cobots, end effectors, and suitable applications of cobots in industry. Mezinárodní strojírenský veletrh 2023 is the source of modern applications presented in this thesis. The system analysis of the issue of robotization with cobots describes the contribution of cobots to automation. The analysis of the structure of the system with a cobot, the influences of the environment on this system, and the description of the life cycle of the cobot allow estimating the productivity of the cobot in a given application. The work introduces the concepts of Industry 4.0. It compares predictive maintenance of cobots with the maintenance of other machines. It presents applications of cobots with a significant representation of the principles of Industry 4.0. The work provides recommendations concerning the research of cobot construction, the use of artificial intelligence in teaching cobots, and recommendations for applying the principles of Industry 4.0 in the transformation of a traditional factory into a smart factory.
