Specific needs of clients in in the execution of a custodial sentence - case studies

Background: Penitentiary care for clients with addictology issues is still an insufficiently discussed topic. Especially if we emphasize that a significant number of clients, ie users of addictive substances (especially illegal ones) have experience in serving a custodial sentence. The fact that more attention needs to be paid to the care of users of illegal addictive substances in prisons was confirmed by the Prison Service of the Czech Republic by creating a position for addictologists in prisons in 2018, following a successful pilot project. Targets: The core of the final work are case studies with the aim of examining the issue of matching needs in individual addictology services offered by Bělušice Prison. Given the prison's limited capacity to provide addictology services, also answer the question of whether the programs and interventions provided are sufficient or whether the possibility of setting up or amending one of the intervention programs could not be considered in the future. The client and his therapeutic continuum journey - extended casuistry study

Background: The Kazuistic study focuses, besides the individual's client's fate, also on the successions that accompanied the client on his path through the therapeutic continuum. Client's subjective evaluation of their actual path through services gives us option to look at the issue of matching, from another angle. Matching or matching needs with the appropriate type of care for an individual client is a current issue, not only in addictology services, therefore is desirable to focus further on this topic. Targets: The core of the final bachelor thesis is a casuistic study that includes elaboration of respondents subjective evaluations with the intention to examine problematics of matching needs in individual addictological services. Research group: Four respondents, men, around the same age, with permanent residence in various places of the Czech Republic participated in the data collection. All respondents were in an unnamed prison in a specialized department for convicts with a behavioral disorder caused by the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances. Brand concept in Politics - Andrej Babis Case Study

This thesis examines the branding concept in politics and its main aim is to analyze the brand of Andrej Babis, who is nowadays the leader of political party ANO 2011. The author analyzes his brand personality in a first place. For this purpose OCEAN model created by Gerard Saucier is applied. After that the connection between brand ANO and Babis's brand is examined. The research is based on answers of 454 respondents, who were part of the survey. The results are analyzed from two points of view. One group of voters are those who gave their vote to ANO 2011 and the other group is presented by voters of others political parties.
