The goal of the thesis is to propose measures to improve the communication mix based on the analysis of current state of the communication mix of the company. The Thesis is dividend into theoretical, analytical and proposition part. The teoretical part is to introduce the teoretici background needed for analyzing analytical and proposal part. . Second part contains the introduction of the company and the analysis of current situation. Concept for Organizational Culture Change in a Company

The goal of my bachelor works is the develop proposals for improving the existing organizational culture of the SŽG in the Brno. In the theoretical part of my bachelor work is devoted to general characteristics of organizational culture. The practical part is considers analysis of problems. On the basis of this analysis I propose changes that would encourage the strategy and performance of the enterprise. At the conclusion of the whole of the work will examine the objectives and hypotheses set out in the introduction to the work.

Based on what will be the centroid of the work, I would like to outline broader contexts of the role which Dürer's art played on the Rudolph's court. Next to the fundamental chapter containing an compendious characteristic of the A. The Dalton Plan and its current use

The theoretical part is concerned with the scientific literature connected with the pragmatic pedagogy, the Dalton Plan and specifics of the Dalton Plan in the Czech Republic.
