Cochem Practice in the Childcare System

The work is focused on the topic "Cochem practice in the child care system", ie. to the system of adjustment of care and nutrition for minors and the use of elements of one of the approaches. The aim of this work is to find out what are the differences between Cochem practice and the current system of decision-making on child care. In the diploma thesis, we first focused on the institute of family, parenthood and rights and obligations. In the event of a parental conflict, who and how is involved in it, which entities are involved in resolving it or may be involved. We approached the possibilities of an amicable solution and focused in more detail on the Cochem practice, where we compared this approach with a model common in our country and legally based. Cochem practice is based on four basic principles. It is about resolving a dispute between parents as quickly as possible, maintaining parental responsibility for the child for both parents, preferences for parental agreement, if necessary with the help of experts within a multidisciplinary team. We have chosen a qualitative form of research to meet the goals. For the purposes of the research, the method of semi-structured interview was chosen. First, a preliminary research was carried out, then the research itself was carried out. To supplement, we used content analysis of the data. The research sample was selected by the Snow-ball method. and in its final form numbered 13 communication partners. Based on the evaluation of data obtained from the research, we can state that certain differences can be seen between the compared groups. Within the framework of Cochem practice, specific terms of some steps concerning the course of proceedings are elaborated in more and more detail, as well as the competences of individual actors within the framework of cooperation in a multidisciplinary team. The key is speed of proceedings to avoid unnecessary escalation of the dispute and escalation of accompanying problems. Parents are led to re-assume parental responsibility. In contrast, in the second group, the individual professions do not cooperate intensively or closely, the proceedings on the regulation of education and care for minors take a relatively long time, decisions are much more often made authoritatively. It is therefore possible to state that the aim of the work was fulfilled and the research question was answered.

The picture of woman in Czech visual art at the turn of 19th century

In this diploma paper I try to trace back on selected picture material basic themes, motives and subjects of czech art of the turn of 19th century, where the image of woman figure appears. I tried to append particular iconographic themes and motives by sketching out the socio-historical situation and the wider context of the era, when these imageries, as the carriers of the themes and motives, were formed.

Determination of endocrine disrupting compounds in wastewater in the Czech Republic.

Endocrine disruptors represent a group of chemical compounds that are able to negatively influence the hormonal system of vertebrates. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S.EPA) defines these compounds as exogenous substance or mixture that interferes with the synthesis, secretion, transport, binding, activity, or degradation of natural hormones. This can be observed at the level of the individual organism, its progeny, populations and subpopulations. All these changes have negative effects on homeostasis, reproduction, development or change the behavior of the affected animals. This work focuses on 7 endocrine disruptors - natural estron, 17β estradiol, estriol, and synthetic 17α-ethynylestradiol, irgasan (triclosan), 4-nonylfenol, bisphenol A in the influent and effluent of wastewater plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains an optimization of endocrine disruptors determination in wastewater, a preliminary screening to determinate concentration levels, 24 hours composite samples and monitoring of one selected wastewater plant during a day. The analytical procedure is based on filtration, solid-phase extraction (SPE), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), derivatization and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Monitoring of selected drugs in surface water

This literature review based on recent works, deals with surface water above all river water, focusing on occurrence and detected concentration of pharmaceuticals. Targeted substances were selected according to four moulds: consumption in the Czech Republic - Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, resistance in the environment - antiepileptic carbamazepin, possible environmental risks - estrogens and according to published findings of these drugs. The occurrence of pharmaceuticals was not only note in the surface water but in the drinking water too. Through this review, it appears that the pharmaceutical risk must be considered. It summarizes the development of view of nurse and her position in comparison with the historical development of nursing as a discipline. It describes the system of nursing education and the distribution of competencies within a multidisciplinary team. It emphasizes the need for effective communication and cooperation. The empirical part is a quantitative survey aimed at mapping the current status of nurses and working environment in their teams. The research sample consisted of nurses working without professional supervision in the hospital in Česká Lípa.
