The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to create marketing plan for the Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod company, and implementation of marketing strategies into the management of the company. Theoretical part of thesis is about elementary terms of marketing and preconditions fot marketing planning. Next part describes the Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod company, and analyses it‘s current situation. Practical part of this thesis includes creating of new marketing plan proposal for the company with chosen targets.

The forms of the narrator in Marcel Pagnol's autobiographical novels

The bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of narrator in the autobiographical piece of work Souvenirs d'enfance by Marcel Pagnol in Czech translation by Eva Musilová, especially in the first two volumes entitled My Father's Glory and My Mother's Castle. It strives to characterize the narrative strategies by which the author mediates the story and at the same time creates his identity. Furthermore, the particular narrative perspectives and their mutual coexistence and confrontation. The thesis is mainly based on the book Vypravěč: Kategorie narativní analýzy written by Professor Tomáš Kubíček. Gender and manpower in production companies in the Chomutov region

Diploma thesis "Gender and manpower in production companies in the Chomutov region" is focused on historically and sociologically oriented research of employment of men and women in production companies in the Chomutov region over last 50 and 70 years respectively. The main aspects which are included in the theoretical part of this work are gender relations in the production companies, that is the history of the employment of women, horizontal and vertical gender segregation including wages and salaries and employee education. The analyzed data are from the period of mid 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century and focus primarily on the production companies of The Tube and Iron Rolling Mill and their current successor Sandvik. By means of data analysis, the methodical part of the thesis describes differences and changes which have ocurred in the horizon of last 50 and 70 years in the manpower employment in production companies with respect to gender. Inheritance proceedings with a focus on selected issues expenditure in legal theory and practice

This thesis deals with the issue of inheritance procedure, and is focused on selected issues of expenses in legal theory and practice. The most notable changes in inheritance law became effective with the new Civil Code on January 1st 2014. A very important amendment to the funeral services law is in the process of approval at the moment.
Death is an integral part of everyone´s life. Everyone will die one day, we should think about the last farewell. Inheritance procedure is a very extensive and complex process. In case there is no one willing to prepare the funeral, the so called "social funeral" is organized by the municipality where the person died. The body is usually cremated and placed at the nearest appointed place. In some cases the municipality keeps the urns
at the office in order to save costs. The funeral is organized at the lowest cost possible.
The analytical part is focused on the "social funerals" and related expenses in specified cities of the Czech republic - Český Krumluv, Říčany and Šternberk. Afterwards, the number and costs of social funerals in selected districts of Prague is analyzed. Unfortunately not in all
of them, because some districts did not provide the data. The social funeral is not only for the case when the bereaved do not have the means, but also for the case when the family refuses to prepare the funeral for other reasons. One other option for people without financial resources could be self-organized funeral - without the assistance of a funeral service. Self-organized funerals are a very controversial topic. The funeral services of course refuse them, because it would reduce their business opportunities.

This thesis is dedicated to the statement of balances and financial analysis. The first part describes statement of balances in the Czech Republic. It describes the legal regulation, the basic requirements for disclosure statements and elements of financial statements. The second part deals with the description of elementary methods of financial analysis such as analysis of absolute indicators, differential analysis of indicators and analysis of systems of indicators. In the third part theoretical knowledge of financial analysis is used to assess the financial health of the company AB JET s.r.o.

Analýza vývoje odchylek nákladů na příkladu společnosti ZETOR Havlíčkův Brod, a.s.

Práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy odchylek vývoje nákladů společnosti Zetor Havlíčkův Brod, a.s.. Rozebírá jednotlivé položky a skupiny nákladů společnosti a jejich vývoj v letech 2004 až 2006 a vyhodnocuje systém controllingu a reportingu firmy. Práce porovnává vývoj odchylek a schopnost vedení společnosti na vzniklé odchylky včas reagovat. Výsledky analýzy poukazují na značné množství rezerv v oblasti plánování způsobených pozdním a nepřesným zaregistrováním a kvantifikací vzniklých odchylek.
