This master‘s thesis named Marketing processes in civil engineering is engaged in marketing processes of company STAVBA krbů s.r.o. The analysis of present situation and a proposal of marketing plan are parts of this thesis. These parts are both based on processed theoretical basis and they are a practical application of marketing processes in civil engineering. Along processing the emphasis has been posed to maximalization of positive effect during the plan implementation and changes of the company’s marketing processes.

This thesis describes the development of mobile application for Windows Phone . Application is focused on choice of meals and identification of meals . The work contains description the different stages of development , starting with analysis of existing applications , specification of the customer requirements and design prototype inteface and finally to its implementation and testing . The work describes the choice of technology for the implementation . Result of my work is an elegant , fast and intuitive application .

This work also describes the technology needed to create web pages with the principles of their practical use. At the same time, the work focuses on particular steps of creating business web pages according to analysis of operational environment and needs of specific firm.

Bankruptcy prediction model

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the efficiency of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and methodology of bankruptcy models creation are introduced. In addition are mentioned, model constraints, an overview of the indicators used, and information about model accuracy. This part also presents analyzed models and methods of assessing the reliability of bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is evaluated and a new bankruptcy model is built.

This diploma‘s thesis named The optimization of company processes is engaged in the most impotant company process – the software creation starting with dealing with customers and ending with handover. The analysis of present process, the proposals of the solutions and the detailed description of chosen solution with economic evaluation are parts of this thesis. Along drafting the emphasis has been posed to fulfil the condition of acceptable costs and the condition of customer friendly solution.

Reconstruction of the former industry building for flats

This bachelor's thesis concerns with an analysis of existing ceiling concrete slab and design of locally supported monolithic reinforced concrete slab of fourth floor of Essler's textil factory in Brno and design of a typical column of the same floor. Design of ceiling concrete slab was accomplished in software SCIA Engineer, which uses finite element method and was verified by manual calculation using the method of cumulative moments. Column design was made by hand calculation. Design was made in accordance with applicable standards. The result is a reinforced slab and reinforced column.

The exaluation of present web site presentation and a proposal of electronic catalogue, which lives up to technical and business conditions, are parts of this thesis. Along drafting the emphasis has been posed to simple service for staff and above all to the implementation would be the cause of positive effects in company’s income.

The current effectivness of bankruptcy prediction models in the conditions of Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is aimed on evaluation of effectiveness of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic environment. In the theoretical part are introduced analyzed models and methods used to model analysis. Here is explained the concept of bankruptcy, its origin and history, the definition of financial analysis and its methods. This section also describes a description of selected bankruptcy models and their limited reporting ability. In the practical part, the reliability of selected models is first evaluated and subsequently changes are proposed to improve reliability

Employment of Employees

This thesis deals with the process of employment of employees in Skanska a.s. Using analytical methods examines documents used in this process and comparing different alternatives of employment of employees assesses the established procedure in Skanska a.s. Based on analysis selects appropriate variants and gives them the positives and negatives. Based on their assessment selects the optimum solution that will save the company costs and increase their competitiveness.
