The aim of this thesis is to design applications for statistical data analysis. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts in the field of statistics, mainly data files, regression analysis and time series. The next section will present organization, with whose help this thesis became. The practical part describes development of the application and the graphical representation of its output.

Péče o zákazníky ve vybrané marketingové agentuře

Kovář, D. Customer care in a selected marketing agency. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with the research of customer satisfaction in an unnamed marketing agency. The research is carried out by means of a questionnaire survey of the clients in marketing agency. The questionnaire research had a return of approximately thirty percent. Subsequently, anonymized research was carried out on thirteen competing marketing agencies. Based on results of both researches were created recommendations for improving the quality of care in the selected marketing agency. Costs were quantified to better prioritize the implementation in recommendations. Based on research conducted, it was found that the marketing agency has mainly satisfied customers and its service is of a high standard. The weaknesses of the marketing agency are speed, working with social media and inappropriate selection of some items for presentation to customers. Compared to competitors researched marketing angency has an advantage in the complexity of services and client education.

Renewable energy resources from the legal point of view

Renewable sources of energy from a legal standpoint This diploma thesis is focused on the area of renewable sources of energy, and focuses primarily on a description of their legal background. This is provided by the law of the European Union as well as by Czech legislation; general principles and constitutional bases are also noted in this thesis. Renewable sources of energy are currently one of the most significant and most-discussed parts of the energy sector. They are one of the means of protecting the environment, supporting the energy market, creating new (green) jobs, and developing regions. This thesis is composed of eight chapters. The opening chapter discusses the subject- matter of the thesis - renewable sources of energy - theoretically and legally, and explains theoretical and legal terms which are similar. The distinction is crucial in order to realize the true extent of sources from law. The second chapter outlines the most important sources of law related to renewable energy and related issues. This preview is in order to simplify orientation in the subsequent text. The next chapter further describes regulation within the European Union. The Budweiser society in the 19th century from the perspective of beer culture

This thesis explores the social changes in Budweis in the 19th and in the beginning of the 20th century from a perspective of local beer brewing and hospitality industry. The principles of economic nationalism are examined on the example of interactions of two local breweries. The second part of this thesis focuses on inns and taprooms in Budweis. These are presented as important locations for social life and consumption. A typology of these establishments is prepared based on multiple factors. The mutual relations between establishments and beer suppliers are also investigated. The locations of both breweries' clients is compared with the local population's character in order to investigate to what degree did nationality determine the preference of a given beer brand. Finally, two case studies present the "dark side" of the hospitality industry and they suggest that nationality was not the main influence on the consumers' relation to a given brand or establishment. Legal regulation of energy production from solar radiation

1 PRK 25.7.2012 ABSTRACT The thesis focuses on description of the legal regulation of energy production from solar radiation. It is a discourse about the substantial topic for the society, currently still highly actual and consisting not only law, but also economic and environmental overlaps. The thesis classifies solar energy within the energy resources system, compares it with other resources and tries to outline its future exploitation. After explanation of the merit of energy production from the solar radiation and current state of its exploitation, the legal framework of the solar energy as a part of renewables was described. Such description was split into two chapters by the year 2005 and examines the Czech and European law, while it shows the legal regime of the respective area in Germany, France and California. The support of energy production from any renewable resource (not excluding the solar energy) is based on law which shall arise from the conceptual instruments dealt by the author of the thesis in its second half. The author further reviews particular types of support in general and under the Czech law, describes the tax aspects and economic impacts of photovoltaics. Předkládaná práce, svým obsahem regionálně-historická, je založena na široké základně archivních zdrojů různého druhu. Heuristika byla soustavně prováděna v rozmezí let 1994-1999, doplňkově potom v letech 2000-2007, a přinesla pro zvolené téma dostatečné množství podkladů; existuje samozřejmě možnost pokračování v této práci, dalšího rozšíření pramenné základny a bližšího výzkumu dílčích otázek, jednalo by se však v každém případě již jen o drobnosti, jejichž detailní sledování není s ohledem na celek podstatné. Charakter použitých zdrojů je ovlivněn faktem, že téma dosud postrádalo souhrnného zpracování a že i dílčím problémům byla dosud věnována pouze mizivá pozornost; kromě několika popularisačních článků v denním tisku, v nichž bylo navíc po konfrontaci s archivními prameny zjištěno množství nepřesností, existují pouze tři kratší odborné stati, které se otázkou pomníků zabývají, a to jen ve velmi úzkém záběru. Zvolené téma, v němž se prolínají dějiny politické a kulturní s dějinami umění, si vyžádalo využití písemných pramenů mnoha diplomatických kategorií - korespondence, účetního materiálu, zápisů ze schůzí správních orgánů, podacích protokolů, kronik a jiných. Foundation and development of Czech Professional Cycling after 1989

AND KEY WORDS Title of Thesis: Foundation and development of Czech Professional cycling after 1989 Aim of the thesis: Aim of this thesis was to find out and describe main characteristics of development of Czechoslovakian, later Czech, professional cycling (mainly road cycling) in period of revolutionary political social economic and legislative changes that happened in our country after year 1989. In context of main aim is necessary to consider overall development in sport of cycling, its organisation and marginally the work of Czech cycling federation. Research methods: I have used qualitative research methods, analysis of documents, cycling magazines from that period and internet resources. After that instructed interviews with prominent Czech sport directors, race organisers and others were done. Obtained data were completed from informal interviews with cycling officials and contemporaries. Results: Top state supported amateur sport evolved in professional sport in tracking period. Contemporary situation of Czech cycling matches overall economic situation in Czech Republic and lower popularity of cycling than that in 1980's what is the price paid for this evolution. The comparison of productivity in the food Industry from international perspective

This bachelor thesis deals mainly with the analysis regarding to a food production in a period of the last five years. The first part of the thesis focuses on a food sector of the selected countries from imprortant regions of the world. The following issues write about the other food trading factors, such as the exports and imports or important trading partners as well. Introduction speech of the countries contains a brief description of each of the analyzed countries concerning its geographical location and economic conception. As far as this work is concerned, the attention is neared to the specific food production spheres which are characteristic for each of the selected countries, where most of the facts are expressed in the numbers or percentage. Furthermore, the work takes its direction of the practical part. Short description of each of the analyzed industry, together with relevant figures compares a productivity of the food industries among the most food productive countries. Last part is my own opinion on the education role in the food industry, which refers back to a depiction of already produced food and its waste management. The part also remains how the education is crucial in the Third World countries.
