This bachelor´s thesis focuses on issues related to founding and further maintenance of a music club. Simultaneously, it serves as a groundwork for an actual founding of one. It contains proposals to solving crisis situations, as well as cases for optimistic, realistic and pessimistic courses of events. The result of this thesis is a conception of business with minimized probability of failure.

Biomechanics study profile thread of dental surgical implant

This thesis deals with mechanical interaction between spiral implant and bone tissue. Also it deals with study which is concerned with threat profiles of certain dental implants. At the beginning of the first part is listed brief history of dental implants with emphasis on the technical progress in this area. Knowledge of orofacial system anatomy (informations about orofacial system anatomy) and more detailed structural analysis focused on implantology are included into another chaps of the first part. The second part of the paper analyses certain types of thread profile. Some of the computed models of dental implant types are solved through the use of the finite element method. After strain-stress analyse differences between mechanical qualities of single thread profiles are evaluated and compared.

This project deals with NC tooling visualization and NC code analysis problems. Implementation`s solutions for tooling`s techniques and tools are described in the project . Here visualization`s solution of the tooling`s proces are described, for this OpenGL library si used. In this work problems, we encoutered during work on this project, are analyzed.

Integrated Development Environment for Adventure Games

The aim of this thesis is to develop PC-based integrated development environment that would allow to interpret the resulting adventure game on the Android platform. This thesis describes the theory of adventure games and their history. It deals with the design and implementation of a library, that is used in other applications developed in this thesis, a development environment and platform interpreter for Android. It also describes the sample game created in the development environment. At end it contains testing of development environment and sample game on interpreter for the Android platform.

Alternative design of the precast reinforced concrete frame of the production hall

The aim of the thesis is to design a load-bearing precast concrete structure of production facility. Part of the diploma thesis is to design alternative roofing construction including economic comparison. Internal forces analysis was processed by Dlubal RFEM 5.16 software. In order to find out the expected results, were created simple bar models and the spatial model of the structure was processed later. Structural design report was created for selected elements of the concrete structure including drawings.

Assessment of the accuracy of town plans

The subject of this thesis is to assessment of the accuracy of town plans. The analytical work are transferred to available historical cartographic works with Senica and surrounding area. In the theoretical part of the work deals with describing the documents. Furthermore, it describes methods of measurement. The practical part deals with how to detect positional deviations from the selected database points.

Background: Thioguanine derivatives, azathioprine (AZA) and 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP), have been used for many years in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). They represent major drugs in therapy of steroid-dependent and chronic active IBD. In 20-35% of the patients administration of AZA or 6-MP does not lead to improvement of the disease. Another limitation is the occurrence of adverse events of the therapy which can be observed in 10-15% of the patients. The metabolism of AZA/6-MP is influenced by thiopurine methyl transferase (TPMT). Since there is a significant variability in the activity of TPMP, there is an idea that monitoring the enzyme activity or the genotyping can significantly minimize the toxicity. Several studies have analysed correlation between the levels of AZA/6-MP and the efficacy or toxicity. The cut-off level corresponds to 230-250 pmol/8x108 RBC. High concentrations are linked with a risk of myelotoxicity. The occurrence of hepatotoxicity is dependent on the concentration of 6-methylmercaptopurine (6-MMP) in the erythrocytes. 6-thioguanine (6-TG) has been studied as an alternative therapy in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, who are resistant or intolerant to AZA/6-MP.The administration of 6-TG is effective in approximately 60% of patients. Bachelor thesis Study of recreation and tourism in Rajhradsko region is focused on possible recreation and tourism potential in Rajhradsko region. This thesis describes terms and titles which are related to tourism and recreation issues, assessment of potential and relations between them. The practical part dedicates to tourism potential by Bína method (2002), SWOT analysis, questionary evaluation and tourism conflicts, recreation and nature protection. In conslusion of the thesis are mentioned recommendations for tourism and recreation improvment in Rajhradsko region.
