The Simulation of Effect of MR Pulse Sequences on the Measurement Object Temperature
Kosková, Markéta
This paper deals with a heating tissues problem of the measured object in magnetic resonance. This is the consequence of using MRI pulse sequences. At the beginning of this paper is introduction to this topic and the ways of gathering the data necessary for the further processing. In experimental part of this paper the program for object heating simulation in MRI is proposed. This should help with planning the sequences so the researcher does not have to wait for the object to cool down, and also create the better conditions for the experimental animals to survive the process.
The effect of the MR pulse sequences on the measurement object temperature
Kosková, Markéta ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Krátká, Lucie (advisor)
This paper deals with the effect of the MR pulse sequences on the temperature of the measured object. The theoretical part is dedicated to basic principle of magnetic resonance, the selected pulse sequences and risks that are connected with MRI. There is also described the draft of the testing phantom and information about the measurement and record of temperature during MR measurement. In the experimental part the effect of RF coils, pulse sequences and parameters of pulse sequences are tested on drafted phantom with experimental MR device located at the Institut of Scientific Instruments of the AS CR in Brno. These findings are then tested on live laboratory mouse. All results are analyzed and used as default data for developed simulation program.
Effect of nucleotide density vector's reduction on molecular identification of organisms
Kosková, Markéta ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Maděránková, Denisa (advisor)
This work deals with the effect of nucleotide density vector's reduction on molecular identification of organisms. At the beginning of the theoretical part, the work explains the concept of species, its development and its mutations. The next section provides basics of taxonomy, particularly the molecular taxonomy and DNA barcoding, with a description of mitochondrial DNA and its usability in the identification of species. The end of the theoretical part provides information about the nucleotide density vectors which the practical part is focused on. Analysis of auxiliary values on nucleotide density vectors was accomplished in Matlab by evaluating 188 real DNA barcode sequences. The identification analysis of organism was performed with the best auxiliary value for 4 datasets of the reference barcode sequences and 5 datasets of analyzed sequences of same organisms. Afterwards, the evaluation of the analysis was done by using separate nucleotide density vectors of individual nucleotides and their amounts.

Harmonization of the personal life and working life
Košková, Markéta ; Franková, Emilie (advisor) ; Hubinková, Zuzana (referee)
The thesis deals with the combination of the personal life and working life. The target of the thesis is the analysis of necessity to bring in harmony both roles of young people in the age of 20-35 years; the question is if they try to combine the personal life with the professional life and also if they consider the female and male role in present society as equal from the viewpoint of opportunities for the development of work carrier. The analysis of combination of the personal life with working life consists of three stages. The first stage, analysis of conflict of ideas with reality, was elaborated based on the results of investigation having the form of a questionnaire. The output of the second stage, analysis of personal experience of the interrogated persons, are results of individual personal talks deepening the quantitative research which. The last stage is the analysis of strengths and weaknesses. Based on them and based on the theoretical principles acquired from the professional literature, the recommendations were formulated which should result in a more effective harmonization of the personal life and working life.
Evaluation of employees in a company
Košková, Markéta ; Stříteský, Marek (advisor) ; Sovová, Andrea (referee)
The thesis concerns an apparaisal of employees in a particular company. The aim is to analyse the current system of personnel evaluation. Then I suggest based on theoretical knowledge acquired from the professional literature, changes leading to making this system of evaluation more efficient.
