Personnel management in organisation - practice in Centre of Gerontology

This dissertation is focused on analysis of personnel management in examinated organisation, uncovering the problematic areas and then suggests a solutions for the deficit removing. The first part of the dissertation is theoretical and offers to the reader information and definitions about the human resources management. It describes the role of human resources management in the structure of the organisation, the function of personnel policy and personnel strategy. It offers a view at the specifics of the personnel management in the small organisations and non-profit organisations providing the services for seniors. An essencial part of the dissertation makes the chapter focused on constituent personnel activities. The key part of the dissertation is the practical part. It is engaged in characterisation of the organisation, desciription of the research methods used for the analyses and brings the results following the research. The results of the dissertation are the suggestions of the concrete recommadations for the optimization of established deficicits in the field of personnel management.
Comparison of the political communication of parties ÖVP and KDU-ČSL on social media

This work is a comparison of the political communication of two political parties, which belong to the ideology of Christian democracy - Czech KDU-ČSL and the Austrian ÖVP. This work provides an analysis of the political communication taking place on the social network Facebook in the 6 months period before the elections to the lower chambers of parliaments of the Czech Republic and Austria in 2017. This work provides a definition of the values of the ideology of Christian democracy and examines the intensity of projection of these values in election programs of both parties and subsequently in the aspects of their political communication. The theoretical part of this work summarizes the theoretical background of the political communication as a scientific field. It also follows up the ideology of Christian democracy and defines its characteristics and core values. In the next section, I there is a research of the intensity of the projection of defined values into the election programs of both parties and into the form of their political communication on Facebook. The final part of this work provides a comparison of the findings of the political communication of both parties. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used for the research. Role of National Conceptions in Georgian-Abkhaz Conflict

Eva Karlíková Role národnostních koncepcí v gruzínsko zském konfliktu Tato práce je proniknutím do problematiky etnopolitického konfliktu mezi Gruzíny a Abcházci a vyústění soužití těchto etnik v ozbrojený konflikt v - Práce se úvodu zabývá í etnického konfliktu, vymezení faktorů, které k etnickému konfliktu směřují, následnou analýzou identity obou etnik a historickými událostmi, které k vyústění ozbrojený konflikt nadále výrazně přispěly. Práce zasazuje historické udál identitách a původu obou etnik do kontextu teoretického rámce etnopolitických konfliktů. Současně v práci dochází k vymezení rozdílnosti obou etnik na základě jejich diferenciovaného historického původu, identity a s tím spjatým rozdílným vnímáním sebe navzájem. Práce rovněž důvody zesílené intenzity nacionalistických cítění příslušníků obou etnických průběhu jejich společného soužití v jednom státě i před ním. Veškerý vývoj identity i cionalismu těchto etnik je v práci za do kontextu historických událostí, které předcházely ozbrojenému konfliktu v 90. letech, který mezi těmito etniky vypuknul. Práce popisuje samotný ozbrojený konflikt a uvádí důvody, které k němu přispěly a bez kterých by němu nedošlo xním přehledem historických i kulturních příčin a katalyzátorů etnopolitického konfliktu mezi Gruzíny a Abcházci.
