The main subject of the thesis “Communication mix of day-care centre“ is a proposition of a communication mix for the starting civic association JOHANKA. The first part focuses on the necessary theoretical data. The second part presents a philosophy of the day-care centre, market analysis, customer, competitors and SWOT analysis. The communication mix is proposed on the basis of the analyses and it will be effective for the day-care centre for gaining awareness in the market with the lowest cost possible.

The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing. The second part is an analysis of the current state of society. Based on the analysis, proposals and measures that are the target of this work, which will improve the company's position on the South Moravian market.

The thesis deals with the theme of park forests and educational trails, of which they are a part of. The aim of the work was on the basis of the summary information on the issues referred to a study of the educational trail in model territory. Part of it was processing of basic analyses, proposals for modifications and deployment cycles of elements and recreational features.

Podstata a role digitálního 3D modelu v architektonické studii veřejného prostoru v Jihlavě

The aim of this work is the creation of architectural studies of public space in Jihlava with the use of 3D digital technologies modelling programs. The problem was solved by information available on the model territory in literary research, analysis, and background and by creating a design solution with the clearance in a digital model. It was found that the use of 3D digital technology is effective provided basic knowledge of modeling program. The main finding is a benefit when designing objects thanks to the speed and efficiency of the editing model, but the frequent difficulty in creating graphical outputs from a modeling program.
