Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou analýzou podniku a návrhy vhodné pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti a dalšího růstu společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti marketingu. Část druhou tvoří analýza současného stavu společnosti. Na jejím základě jsou předloženy návrhy a opatření, které jsou cílem této práce, jež povedou ke zlepšení postavení společnosti na jihomoravském trhu. This thesis deals with the marketing analysis of the company and appropriate proposals for strengthening the competitiveness and future growth of the company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing. The second part is an analysis of the current state of society. Based on the analysis, proposals and measures that are the target of this work, which will improve the company's position on the South Moravian market.
