Proceedings of the adaptation process of preschool children on entry into primary education, possible problems and their prevention

The objective of the thesis was to prove that legal entities interconnecting primary school and kindergarten provide better conditions for adaptation of a child to the first grade. Further it aimed at proving that legal entities established in villages or in small urban districts have better conditions to ensure the child's adaptation. The theoretical part presents an overview of factors which influence the adaptation of children, both in terms of management and in terms of child psychology. The research part focuses on listing the adaptation problems which affect transition of children from kindergarten to primary school, and it also examines the conditions created by headmasters of primary schools in relation to management of the adaptation process. The final part deals with evaluation of the obtained data and proposes ways to solve prevention of adaptation problems in children.

The aim of my thesis was to compare the attitudes of school management to ensure smooth transfer of children from pre-school to primary education, and to compare these approaches in urban and rural schools. The work consists of theoretical and research. Both these parts are designed to provide answers to questions about managing process of adaptation to different types of schools. The theoretical part is devoted to the general management. It deals with the concepts of management, managerial functions, adaptation, communication, etc. Specifies the position of the school as an organization. Describes the issue of school readiness of children coming into primary education. The research part is looking for answers to research questions related to the issue management process of adaptation. The final section is devoted to evaluation of the data and suggests ways to address the prevention of adaptation problems arising from the management process of adaptation of pupils in first class. Financial Analysis of the Direct Costs of Selected Educational Facilities Established by the ÚSC in Individual Regions Funded from the State Budget

Solving the issues of financing is an integral part of every managerial work. For the most accurate finding how to deal with the given situation, developing of complex analyzes is necessary. In the area of education, these analyzes are performed at different stages of the education system, but the area of non-teaching staff, school meals workers in particular, is slightly neglected. Therefore, I believe that an analysis of financing the direct costs of selected school facilities established by the ÚSC in each region may be an example of how the direct costs are developing. In this way, employees of those regions will get a comprehensive view of the issue of direct costs on school catering facilities. The result should be an indication of the steps that will help to solve the issue of financing the direct costs and that will show other forms of additional financing in this are
