Proposal of Methodology of Monitoring of Employees
Klimeš, Roman ; Krbková, Lenka (referee) ; Pokorný, Jiří (advisor)
My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.
Application of discrete simulation in planning of large-scale car production
Klimeš, Roman ; Štoček, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with questions of creating of the universal simulation model of new planning production in the company Škoda Auto a.s., with which will be possible to check planning of future concepts. The model of manufacture will be used for connection of partial operations (body shop – paint shop – assembly line), where individual input parameters will be defined in the program Excel with a following possibility of automatic parameterization of the simulation model. According to experiments of the simulation will be possible realized a detailed analysis of results of the simulation. The model will be created in the simulation system SimPro, which belongs to a group of programs with the discrete event simulation.
Simulation and evaluation of scenarios running real-time UMTS services in Opnet Modeler environment
Klimeš, Roman ; Molnár, Karol (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
This work deals with the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System problems. It researches the parameters of influencing the UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network behaviour where is the Quality of Services support necessary. The aim of this master’s thesis is the simulation and evaluation of scenarios running real-time UMTS services in Opnet Modeler environment. In the first part is the short introduction to this technology problem. The requirements and the aims, the frequency plan, the network architecture and the Quality of Services support in UMTS are described. Creating the mobile network in the OPNET Modeler environment, configuration of the particular elements with the correct functionality and finally the parameters configuration for the Quality of Service at all workstations was the practical part of this work. At last phase was needed to compare the final statistics of the model without QoS support and the model with QoS support. I verified my knowledge in the OPNET Modeler program and the expected simulation results were confirmed. The final part of the thesis was creating the laboratory problem on the basis experience gained.
E-learning for subject technological projecting and logistic
Klimeš, Roman ; Krbek,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
Proposed bachelor thesis is concerned with problem of projection of electro-technical productions and production logistics with contingency of multimedia education at university. I have elaborated the project of material store and finished goods store for company, which produce small electro motors, which meant identification of processing of technological project, with principles of innovations, directing of resources, storage and logistics. In this connection I have shared in innovation of subject „ Projection of electro-technical productions, logistics and ecology“ to multimedia image for usage for teaching.

Social Networks Dynamics
KLIMEŠ, Roman
Social networks are currently the most studied structures due to its popularity among users. In this thesis we will focus on the dynamics of the dissemination of information in these networks. There will be introduced the advanced heuristic model of individual behavior in the network which is based on individuals need for information and knowledge for solving specific situations in this paper. The multi-agent model of the social network, which was adapted and expanded and also practically implemented, is based on this conceptual model, and its outputs from the simulations of selected tasks testing the dynamics of social networks will be presented as well.
The Use of Social Networks in Organization
KLIMEŠ, Roman
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the use of social networks in organization. The term "social network" is understood as any related group of people that can be represented in a graph. In this thesis, the group is represented by an organization. In the theoretical part we deal with the issue of social network analysis, its methods and available software tools. The practical part is a sample analysis of a particular organization. The goal is to find and suggest possible ways of using the complex issues in organizations.
