Tématem práce je využití sociálních sítí v organizaci. Pojem sociální síť chápeme jako jakoukoliv propojenou skupinu lidí, kterou je možné znázornit do grafu. V této práci onu skupinu představuje organizace. V teoretické části se zabýváme problematikou analýzy sociálních sítí, jejími postupy a dostupnými softwarovými nástroji. V praktické části je ukázka analýzy konkrétní organizace. Cílem práce je nalézt a navrhnout možné způsoby využití celé této problematiky v organizacích. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the use of social networks in organization. The term "social network" is understood as any related group of people that can be represented in a graph. In this thesis, the group is represented by an organization. In the theoretical part we deal with the issue of social network analysis, its methods and available software tools. The practical part is a sample analysis of a particular organization. The goal is to find and suggest possible ways of using the complex issues in organizations.
