The theoretical part describes general methodologies of supplier evaluation and selection. It also includes information on the production process and commodity purchase. The analytical part focuses on evaluation and selection of a supplier based on a point rating, where the output is a recommendation of the best supplier, which receives the highest number of points. 	The Analysis and Proposal of Changes in the System of Employee Evalution and Remuneration of a Selected Company Bílová, Michaela ; Jetelina, Pavel (referee) ; Kruntorádová, Markéta (advisor) This thesis deals with questions of the evaluation systems and system of paying employees XY. The theoretical part is focused on job evaluation, salary structure, remuneration and benefits. The practical part includes the analysis of the payroll system which is supplemented by my own observations and opinions of employees. Furthermore, the analysis of competition and labour market has been performed.
