Accounting Optimalization in the Selected Firm

Thesis is focusing on the possible personal costs and is acquainting with their accounting and tax issues. It is analyzing the tax part of costs and their interception in accounting system. First part of the thesis is focused on compact overview of legal definition of accounting in Czech Republic and its principles and purposes for business activities. Further is describing a system of remuneration via wages, salaries and employee’s amenities and is explaining the group of accounts 52 – Personal costs issues in the connection with their tax aspects. The objective of diploma thesis is also defining mission allowances with relating valide.
Proposal for Changes of the Employee Reward System in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration and proposal of changes in BK servis, s.r.o. The work is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes all theoretical knowledge that is based on publications dealing with this topic. In the second part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration in the company is carried out. On the basis of the findings, proposals are made to improve this system, which is contained in part three.

The media presentment of Václav Havel in the selected periods 2003-2008

Diploma thesis "The media presentment oj Vaclav Havel in the selected periods 2003-2008" tries to delineate constructions of media presentment of the late president of Czech Republic Václav Havel after leaving presidency. We will analyze two selected periods in two czech journals - Lidové noviny and Právo. The periods are defined: a) 1.2. - 31.3.2003 and b) 1.2. 31.3.2008. The first period covers two months after the end of Havel"s president function, the second period contents the same two months five years later, so we could make a comparison what has changed during those five years in the media presentment of Havel. We will describe textual matter as well as photographies, using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The basic theoretic resource is the theory of the social construction of reality and the basic methodological resource will be the quantitative analysis. The diploma thesis will try to discover, how the selected medias go in making the media presentment of a famous person; if they use some repeating procedures or habits. The main aim is to intimate constructions of media presentments: if selected media will construct positive or negative presentments of Václav Havel, if they will try to be objective or they will have inclinations to use some emotive and subjective valuations. This work deals with the use of contrastive approach in teaching Czech language to Czech deaf, with positives and negatives of this approach and with its conditions of the use. The introduction described a process of language acquisition for hearing and deaf children and there is also described the difference between acquiring the first language and learning a second / foreign language. The work also denotes the causes of low literacy of Czech deaf and the possibility of solving this problem. The inclusion of contrastive approach to teaching could be the solution. This work deals with the issue of teaching Czech language to Czech deaf and with the importance of sign language in this teaching process. There is described a process of language acquisition (for hearing and deaf children) and there is also described the difference between acquiring the first language and learning a second / foreign language. The work also denotes the causes of low literacy of Czech deaf and the possibility of solving this problem. Only a major change in the way of teaching Czech language can be the solution. Czech is a second language for Czech deaf and if we want it to be taught effectively, it must be taught in the contrast with the Czech sign language.
