Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrh změn ve společnosti BK servis, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou shrnuty veškeré teoretické poznatky, které vycházejí z publikací zabývajících se touto tématikou. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza současného systému odměňování ve společnosti. Na základě zjištění jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení tohoto systému, které obsahuje část třetí. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration and proposal of changes in BK servis, s.r.o. The work is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes all theoretical knowledge that is based on publications dealing with this topic. In the second part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration in the company is carried out. On the basis of the findings, proposals are made to improve this system, which is contained in part three.
