Elaboration of quality manual for aqua-chemical laboratories
Hrubá, Lucie ; Čáslavský, Josef (referee) ; Vávrová, Milada (advisor)
The thesis is oriented on working-out of the quality manual for hydrochemical laboratory conformable with standards ISO 9000 and 16000. The quality manual describes principles and working processes for utilisation in standard audited and accredited hydrochemical laboratory. It is focused on management system of quality created in laboratory in conformity with standard ČSN EN ISO 9001. It presents basic information about politics and goals of laboratory´s quality. In the practical part of the thesis, there are reviews of various Standards operation procedure, which are components of the Quality Manual.
Development of an alternative synthesis of Sm-pdta, a chiral NMR shift reagent for amino acids analysis
Hrubá, Lucie ; Vaněk, Václav (advisor) ; Pohl, Radek (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of chiral shift reagents sodium [(R)- and (S)-1,2-diaminopropane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetate]samarate, for short Sm-(R)-pdta and Sm-(S)-pdta. These reagents have the ability to differentiate NMR signals of enantiomers of amino acids in an aqueous environment. The main aim of this work was to develop a new, efficient and cheap method of the preparation of these reagents which would enable their routine use in laboratory practice, because these reagents are commercially available only in limited quantities and at high price. This work describes simplifield method of separation of racemic 1,2-diaminopropane to its enantiomers from easily available starting substances, L-tartaric acid and racemic 1,2-diaminopropane. We also developed and optimized a new process of synthesis of the key intermediate, (R)- and (S)-1,2-diaminopropane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid from (R)- and (S)-1,2-diaminopropane dihydrochloride, with a new synthetic step involving tetrabenzylester of this acid and its deprotection by hydrogenolysis without contamination by extraneous ions. This process affords very pure anhydrous acid in high yield. Finally, the target complexes Sm-(R)-pdta and Sm-(S)-pdta were successfully prepared from (R)- and (S)-1,2-diaminopropane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid...
The Standardisation of the Nursing Care of Patients Dependent on the Mechanical Lungs Ventilation
Hrubá, Lucie ; Haškovcová, Helena (advisor) ; Povolná, Pavla (referee)
Presented study contains the issue of the care of patients dependent on the mechanical lung ventilation. The aim was to create a Manual of nursing care and its implementation into the practice. The theoretical part describes the medical problem of the mechanical ventilation, nursing care of patients depending on mechanical ventilation and the theme of quality of the management and the management of change. In the practical part of the thesis there is a description of the hospital department. This part introduces our/my own quantitative research before and after the implementation of the changes the department of acute cardiology and the presentation of the results of quantitative research. The results of the quantitative research showed nurses' satisfaction with the established manual of nursing care. The manual is particularly relevant for new colleagues, who come to work in the department of acute cardiology. Positive assessment is by the management of the department (ward nurse), which is annex of the thesis.
Methods of Investigation of Robbery
Hrubá, Lucie ; Krupička, Jiří (advisor) ; Konrád, Zdeněk (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with methodology for investigating the crime of robbery, which has been one of the most serious crimes. With regard to that this topic is very extensive, thesis includes only selected areas and facts that are related to the topic. Investigation of the crime of robbery has against other crimes its specifics. Describe precisely this specificity is the aim of this work. The work is divided into eight interpenetrating chapters. The introductory chapter deals with criminal characteristics of robbery, while out of definition of legal legislation the crime of robbery, is also briefly described the development, which the legislation of this crime in our country has gone through. The second chapter is devoted to criminological characteristics of robbery. The first sub-chapter briefly describes the occurrence of the crime of robbery in our area, especially with the help of graphs. Following part of this chapter is devoted to description of the crime situation as a situation in which robberies are regularly committed. Third subsection describes typical ways of committing robberies. Although special attention is paid to robberies committing in financial institutions and robberies of money transports because the damage caused by these robberies is often very high. Subchapter dealing with...
Spectrophotometric Determination of Chondroitine Sulphate by Sequential Injection Analysis
Hrubá, Lucie ; Hraníček, Jakub (advisor) ; Kozlík, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with the optimization determination of chondroitin sulfate sequential injection analysis with spectrophotometric detection. The reaction proceeds in the presence of phenothiazine cationic dyes (Azure A, Azure B and methylene blue) and measuring the decrease absorbance dyes in their absorption maximum after the addition of chondroitin sulfate. Have found the optimum conditions for this determination: dye concentration 5 10-5 mole dm-3 , the dosing volume 100 µl CS + 50 µl dye + 100 µl CS, reaction time 0 s, flow rate 40 µl s-1 . For the determination of the CS in a static arrangement was found the lowest limit of detection and quantification using metylene blue (LOD = 0,23 mg l-1 a LOQ = 0,76 mg l- 1 ). The best repeatibility was achieved also using methylene blue 2,4 %. On the other side the best sensitivity was achieved using azure A. For the determination of the CS in SIA arrangement was found the lowest limit of detection and quantification using azure (LOD = 0,34 mg l-1 a LOQ =1,01 mg l-1 ). The best repeatibility was achieved also using azure A 1,9 %. And the best sensitivity was achieved using azure B. Based on these findings was chondroitin sulphate determined in food supplements, the more suitable method were the calibration curve .The determination was also carried out...
