Design of laboratory tasks focused on the AODV protocol.

This diploma thesis focuses on the MANET Network (Mobile Ad-Hoc Network). There are theoretically elaborated basic information, the characteristics of the MANET network and great emphasis is placed on routing in these networks. In the next chapter the diploma thesis focuses on the Ad Hoc Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol. It features the characteristics of this protocol and the principle of communication and routing in MANET networks. Hereinafter, the individual reports of the AODV protocol are described in detail. In the third chapter, the thesis introduces the NS-3 simulation environment (network Simulator - 3) and then deals with the design of the MANET network in NS-3 using the AODV routing protocol. The practical part of the diploma thesis is the MANET network simulation and testing with the AODV routing protocol. Laboratory task is built from these simulations and the results of the testing.

Design of enterprise IEEE 802.11 wireless networks

This bachelor thesis focus on wireless networks standardized as IEEE 802.11 and their use in wide wireless networks. Wireless transmissions and most known accessories of standard IEEE 802.11 and their functions are theoretically discussed in the first part of the bachelor thesis. Next, bachelor thesis takes care of architecture of vast wireless networks, their division into cells and centralized management of cells and individual AP. Further, security and authentication in wide wirreless networks is described. The second part of bachelor work is formed from detailed manual for execution of wide wireless networks, from which laboratory task is built for subject Network Architecture.

Molecular models in teaching organic chemistry at the grammar school

TITLE: Molecular models in teaching organic chemistry at the Grammar School AUTHOR: Milan Marek DEPARTMENT: Department of Chemistry and Chemical Education ABSTRACT: The thesis is focused on the use of molecular models in teaching organic chemistry at the Grammar School. Models are used for a presentation of the structure of organic compounds and especially their chemical characteristics. The research includes the construction of models (based on quantum-chemical methods), selected organic compounds from the category hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbon and oxytgented derivates of hydrocarbons and other types of compounds. Along with the relevant models, the tasks focusing on the structure and reactivity of compounds are processed. The research examined the influence of the use of models for a success solving task of students from 3rd year of Grammar School. Tasks are related to the distribution of electron density in the molecule, delocalization of electrons substitution effect of typology reaction etc. 223 students participated in this research. The research results have shown the increase of the success of solving the tasks of those students who could use molecular models, in some cases the increase of 26% has been shown. The work focuses on the methods of testing the adhesive bonded joint, where the furniture in logistics operations stressed by the extreme temperatures in both the positive and negative direction. This factor has a major influence on the choice of appropriate adhesives that their resistance will correspond to the required properties. Research is extended to new methods of stress glued joints in conditions simulating stress in everyday practice transport logistics. Research is the starting point of the test materials, adhesives and furniture coverings which current manufacturing processes used. The methods are evaluated and designed mainly of mechanical properties and practical utility in the manufacture of furniture. At the same verification testing methodology is the basis for the implementation of these methods in the field of material testing in sections furniture testing and testing of adhesives and plastics. Their initial and explanatory description of the experimental part of the work.
