NÁZEV: Molekulární modely ve výuce organické chemie na gymnáziu AUTOR: Milan Marek KATEDRA: Katedra chemie a didaktiky chemie ABSTRAKT: Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na využití molekulárních modelů ve výuce organické chemie na gymnáziu. Modely jsou určeny k prezentaci struktury organických sloučenin a především jejich chemických vlastností. Výzkum zahrnuje konstrukci modelů (vycházející z kvantově-chemických metod) vybraných organických sloučenin z kategorie uhlovodíků, halogenderivátů uhlovodíků, kyslíkatých derivátů uhlovodíků a dalších typů sloučenin. K příslušným modelům jsou zpracovány úlohy zaměřené na strukturu a reaktivitu sloučenin. V rámci výzkumu je sledován vliv použití modelů na úspěšnost řešení úloh studenty 3. ročníku gymnázia. Úlohy se vztahují k rozložení elektronových hustot v molekule, delokalizaci elektronů, substitučnímu efektu, typologii reakcí apod. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 223 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly na zvýšení úspěšnosti řešení úloh studenty, kteří měli k dispozici molekulární modely, v některých případech až o 26 %. Pozitivní vliv modelů na řešení úloh je individuální, závisí na charakteru daného okruhu problémů. Výzkum ukázal na nesporný vliv molekulárních modelů pro zkvalitnění výuky, jejich další využívání ve školní praxi lze jen doporučit. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA:... Models are used for a presentation of the structure of organic compounds and especially their chemical characteristics. The research includes the construction of models (based on quantum-chemical methods), selected organic compounds from the category hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbon and oxytgented derivates of hydrocarbons and other types of compounds. Along with the relevant models, the tasks focusing on the structure and reactivity of compounds are processed. The research examined the influence of the use of models for a success solving task of students from 3rd year of Grammar School. Tasks are related to the distribution of electron density in the molecule, delocalization of electrons substitution effect of typology reaction etc. 223 students participated in this research. The research results have shown the increase of the success of solving the tasks of those students who could use molecular models, in some cases the increase of 26% has been shown.
