Memory Reduction of Stateful Network Traffic Processing
Hlaváček, Martin ; Puš, Viktor (referee) ; Kořenek, Jan (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the problems of memory reduction in the stateful network traffic processing. Its goal is to explore new possibilities of memory reduction during network processing. As an introduction this thesis provides motivation and reasons for need to search new method for the memory reduction. In the following part there are theoretical analyses of NetFlow technology and two basic methods which can in principle reduce memory demands of stateful processing. Later on, there is described the design and implementation of solution which contains the application of these two methods to NetFlow architecture. The final part of this work summarizes the main properties of this solution during interaction with real data.
Use VBA as a Tool for the Creation of Supporting Business Applications
Hlaváček, Matěj ; MBA, Zdeněk Hamouz, (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the description and development of a price list program for a company producing pool roofing. This program replaced, expedited, and refined the previous price calculation methodology.
Technological process of mounting of the LED light source on the reflector for a car headlamp
Wiecková, Kateřina ; Hlaváček, Martin (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současnou situaci technologického procesu montáže LED zdroje na světlomet automobilu a nalézt a navrhnout řešení ke snížení počtu výpadků ve výrobě. Technologický proces montáže zahrnuje umístění a upevnění LED zdroje (s interním označením „F-LUX“) na reflektor. Sestava musí splňovat požadovaný optický výstup a sériový takt linky. Na základě analýzy technologického procesu jsou navrženy optimalizace.
Design of concrete pedestrian bridge
Hlaváček, Matěj ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to design a footbridge at the specified location. There have been developed three variants of bridge, which one was selected for detailed design and check. Construction of the footbridge is designed like a frame with fixed foundation piles and hinge attached at the point of connection to the foundation piles. For the calculation of load effects was used Scia Engineer, for the assessment was using MS Excel and manual calculations and drawings drawing in AutoCAD. In this work is done preload design, short- and long-term losses, ultimate and serviceability limit state and reinforcement drawings.
Problems of the mirror shutter in the LED module of the headlight
Ettler, Jan ; Hlaváček, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with methods of attaching the mirror shutter in LED modules in headlamps. The aim is to compare three methods of attachment which are used in one of the platform variants. The following are the methods of attachment, followed by the description of the light sources and functions of the LED modules; they are: riveting, hot stamping and fixation with clips. Risk associated with the assembly of mirror shutter into the light source are analysed via FMEA analysis, including also measures and actions for risk reduction – implementation of lighting of produced light sources in a special jig in the light laboratory. Vibrations tests were carried out to find out the influence of vibration on the mirror shutter in LED modules in the traffic. The tests revealed that even if the clip is incorrectly fixed (not attached to the end position) it does not affect the functionality of the module.
Network Performance in Virtualized Environment
Hlaváček, Martin ; Puš, Viktor (referee) ; Kaštovský, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with problems concerning network performance in virtualized environment. There is an opening presentation of basics and techniques of virtualization. It describes network communication issues on virtualized environment such as Xen, KVM and VMware. There are also mentioned factors affecting network communication. Finally the performance of those environments is measured and results are analyzed.
Optimization of technological parameters of injection plastic parts
Hamáček, Richard ; Hlaváček, Martin (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
This project is dealt with optimalization of moulding procedure of plastic housing of headlamp for project DCW 204 Mopf halogen. The aim is reach a shorter injection moulding cycle time with keeping of claim quality of plastic part. Optimalization will be done based on modification of moulding pressing time. We observe warpage in axis X in the most problematical points of housing by using of contactless measuring optical technologie ATOS III Triple Scan. Simulation analysis for injection moulding was used for prediction of housing warpage up to unforming in every chosen moulding pressing time. According to reaching data in this way comparison of predicted warpage was able to done up to unforming time and real warpage of housing after unforming. According to reaching data in a different period of time warpage of housing during time flowing was observed.
Systémy měření rozměrů a tolerancí v technické praxi
Hlaváček, Martin
The presented bachelor thesis researches the area of length measurement in engineering practice. It describes the possibilities of measuring length dimensions in practice using modern measuring systems. First, basic concepts in engineering metrology, measuring procedures and an introduction to basic length measuring instruments are defined. This is followed by an introduction to more advanced, more accurate measurement systems, namely measurement using pneumatic, electronic and optoelectronic gauges. The work mainly focuses on measurement using coordinate measuring machines in engineering practice. It also deals with the measurement of surface profile, especially the mean arithmetic roughness Ra. The thesis concludes with a discussion of modern measuring methods and outlines the shift in the use of coordinate measuring machines in engineering practice and anticipated future developments.
Political Cycles and Their Impact on Macroeconomic Indicators in the Central Europe
Botka, Jan ; Hlaváček, Michal (advisor) ; Buliskeria, Nino (referee)
This study examines the impact of the political cycle on macroeconomic indica- tors in Central Europe, with a special focus on the Czech Republic. Thirty-nine Vector Autoregressive (VAR) models were constructed using data from 1998 to 2022 aiming to apply the Political Business Cycle (PBC) theory. It is the frst time the VAR model has been used in this context for most of the selected countries. As the main variables in the model, subject to potential infuence by political cycles, were chosen real GDP, infation and unemployment. The results showed that no consistent signifcant relationship exists across all coun- tries, with each nation displaying varying connections and occasional contra- dictions to the presupposed theory. Nevertheless, certain associations between the political cycle and macroeconomic indicators were observed in individual countries, supporting the presence of the PBC to some extent in the Czech Re- public, Hungary, and Austria. Conversely, no evidence or even contradictory results were found for the PBC in Slovakia, Poland, and Germany. Addition- ally, the presence of the "partisan" political cycle was identifed in Hungary but not in the Czech Republic, Germany, or Austria. Poland's signifcant results exhibited signs opposite to those expected. This research opens new...
Determinants of the Residential Real Estate Prices in Selected EU Countries
Rákosníková, Andrea ; Hlaváček, Michal (advisor) ; Schwarz, Jiří (referee)
This thesis aims to identify the determinants of real housing prices in the 13 newest EU member states. Determinants were identified using individual time series and aggregate panel analyses to ensure the best results. Cointegrating relationships were confirmed through testing and factored into the choice of estimation methods. The time series regression was done using the VECM, and the same method was used to test the theory that the capitals are the price leaders in housing markets. Results revealed that this effect is limited to only some markets, particularly affecting Czechia and Slovakia. Panel analyses, done using the PDOLS and ECM, were used to examine determinants and the speed of convergence of variables to equilibrium. The results of the aggregate panel regression showed that numerous determinants, namely the construction prices, GDP, number of housing permits, rents, and population, affect housing prices significantly. However, area-specific panels and time series models highlighted significant variations in results across countries. For example, GDP is not a significant determinant in V4 countries, while its effect is vital for the Balkans. The most surprising results were observed for Cyprus and Malta, where the relationships between the prices and determinants seem to be distorted by...
