Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současnou situaci technologického procesu montáže LED zdroje na světlomet automobilu a nalézt a navrhnout řešení ke snížení počtu výpadků ve výrobě. Technologický proces montáže zahrnuje umístění a upevnění LED zdroje (s interním označením „F-LUX“) na reflektor. Sestava musí splňovat požadovaný optický výstup a sériový takt linky. Na základě analýzy technologického procesu jsou navrženy optimalizace. The objective of this work was to analyze the current situation of the technological process of assembly of LED source on car headlights and to find and propose solutions to reduce the number of scrap parts in production. The assembly technological process involves positioning and fixing the LED source with the internal designation "F-LUX" on the reflector. The assembly assures the desired optical output and the serial tact of the line. Based on the analysis of the technological process various optimizations are proposed.
