Hladík, Martin ; Navrátil, Radoslav (referee) ; Khateb, Fabian (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with company developement through improvement of product promotion, together with streamlining of the incentive pay system for employees and building of a new manufacturing facility. The theoretical part defines the main concepts that form the structure of the business plan. The following section includes a comprehensive analysis of the current status of the organization. The subject of the final part is to suggest measures based on the results of the previous analysis, aiming at overall development of the company.
Nanostructures for solar cells: controlling the surface electronic properties by monolayers of carborane molecules
Hladík, Martin ; Fejfar, Antonín (advisor)
Doped layers of crystalline silicon are currently the main driver of con- ventional photovoltaic devices. Direct introduction of group III and V atoms into the silicon matrix is still the mainstream of mass production of doped silicon. In this thesis, we are interested in non-invasive ways of doping of silicon wafers through the adsorption of molecules with a large intrinsic dipole moment on the semiconductor surface. These molecules, namely carboranedithiols, create a self-assembled monolayer accompanied by the surface dipole formation. In order to stabilise the dipole layer, an interfacial charge transfer can occur between the adsorbate and the substrate, modifying the density of accumulated charge carriers just below the silicon surface. These are the fundamen- tal features of the surface transfer doping of the silicon substrate where we employ the carboranedithiol molecules as mediators of adsorbing dipole layer. Regarding the structure of the thesis, we first test the carboranedithiol molecules on gold, and then we move on to the issue of silicon-molecule junctions. We characterise the geometry and the electronic properties of the carboranedithiol molecules on both of these substrates by means of atomistic simulations based on a density functional theory.

Products' offer of the club SK Slavia Praha for partners
Hladík, Martin ; Voráček, Josef (advisor) ; Janák, Vladimír (referee)
English name: Products' Offer of the club SK Slavia Praha for partners Summary: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to investigate and analyze current offer of products of the club SK Slavia Praha for partners. My bachelor's thesis tries to improve and enlarge this offer. I will propose new arrangement of partners and I will create new kind of partner - partner of youth academy. At the end of this thesis I will design sponsorship packages for all kinds of partners. These proposed changes schould enhance the co-operation between SK Slavia Praha and partners. Key words: sports marketing, marketing mix, sponsorship, sports advertisement, sponsorship package.
Preparation and characterization of nanoparticles for in vitro cell studies
Hladík, Martin ; Černoch, Peter (advisor) ; Pilař, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with the preparation, characterization methods and in vitro imaging of nanoparticles with great potential for medical diagnostics. A key role in this work occupy nanoparticles comprising a core of calcium tungstate, CaWO4, covered by a natural polysaccharide together serve as a suitable model contrast agent for cell imaging techniques. CaWO4 natural properties such as the absorption of X-rays, natural fluorescence capabilities and capacities for doping fluorescently active lanthanides, makes from nanoparticles suitable candidates for the position of contrast agents for imaging in the diagnosis of oncological diseases. Moreover, by coverage of the inorganic core by natural polysaccharide nanoparticles reach the desired size and the possibility of active targeting to specific or nonspecific interactions with the cell membrane, which are key factors in in vitro cell studies. It was found the most suitable synthesis both doped and undoped core of this model reaching the formation of spherical particles of colloidal dimensions. Doping was realized by red fluorescent trivalent europium, Eu3+ , and green fluorescent trivalent terbium, Tb3+ , and neither of these dopants affected the original crystalline structure CaWO4. In the next stage, these fluorescent nuclei successfully dispersed...
Communication strategy of the soccer club SK Slavia Praha and proposals of its improvement
Hladík, Martin ; Voráček, Josef (advisor) ; Janák, Vladimír (referee)
COMMUNICATION STRATEGY OF THE SOCCER CLUB SK SLAVIA PRAHA AND PROPOSALS OF ITS IMPROVEMENT Objectives: The objective of this research is the establishment of communication strategies of an organization SK Slavia Praha Football Club for the upcoming season. This project will be completed based on the analysis of the club's current communication mix as well as current communication distribution channels with the club's fan base. Methods: For the research various methods were used such as the case study, the analysis of the documents, the interviews and the SWOT analysis. The case study was applied during the research of the current club's communication strategy with its fan base, the analysis of the documents for the evaluation of the club's communication mix, the SWOT analysis for the evaluation of the communication mix and interviews for obtaining the essential information from the individuals involved. Results: A new project of the club's communication strategy was established, which includes the improved communication mix of the club, the communication strategy project with the most important fans' organizations as well as a communication strategy project with the club's youth. Keywords: sports marketing, communication strategy, communication mix, soccer, fans

Spectroelectrochemical cell with CD-trode
Hladík, Martin ; Nesměrák, Karel (advisor) ; Rychlovský, Petr (referee)
This bachelor thesis was aimed on the optimisation of preparation of gold electrodes (CDtrodes) from commercially available DVDs by treatment of concentrated nitric acid. The duration of the treatment was set on 20 minutes, based on study of voltammetric responses of fabricated CDtrodes. The CDtrodes were employed in spectroelectrochemical cells in two arrangements (i) with beam perpendicular to the area of electrode, and (ii) with beam collinear to the area of electrode. The formation and extinction of phenothiazine radicals during cyclic voltammetry were followed spectrophotometrically. Key words: spectroelectrochemistry, CDtrode, phenothiazine

Successful and unsuccessful IT projects
Fidrmuc, Ladislav ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Hladík, Martin (referee)
The diploma thesis is focused on successful and unsuccessful IT projects with critical success factors detail. The purpose of the diploma thesis is obtaining a list of critical success factors in the theoretical part. The list could be interesting for success in IT projects. The list of critical success factors will be subject of examination in the practical part. Firstly I will compile a questionnaire which will contain all critical success factors from the theory. In the next step, I will meet with IT project managers who have got a lots of experiences in the branch. After that I will have completed questionnaires by IT project managers and I will evaluate critical success factors. These critical success factors will be compare with the theory. Finally I will create table with the most important critical success factors according to IT project managers.
