Support measures in the education of pupils with special educational needs due to their different mother tongue in the Kadaň region

The diploma thesis, which is presented here, is entitled Support measures in the education of pupils with special educational needs due to a different mother tongue (OMJ) in the Kadaň region. The work has a special pedagogical character. The aim of the predented work is to describe and define the approaches most often used in the education of pupils with OMJ in elemetary school from the point of view of pedagogues ant the point of view of the peagogical- psychological counseling center of the given region.Research technique were used for the research: comparison, analysis of the literature used, analysis of anamnestic data of informants obtained by the method of guided interview, test of language skills, analysis of interventions to individual informants within the framework of recommendations of the school couseling facility for the school and case studies of four informants of diferent nationalities.The research was carried out with the help of entrance examinatons of language abilities form the Meta organization. The given intriductory tests were also use dat the end of the research, so thet the shift in individual informants could be clearly seen. Determination of bopindolol by the technique of sequential injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection

The oxidation of bopindolol [ 4-(2-benzoyloxy-3-tert-butylaminopropyl)-2-methylindole (I)], by permanganate in the medium of aqueous H2SO4 is accompanied by the emission of chemiluminescence (CL) radiation. The CL signal is enhanced by hexametaphosphate. This CL reaction was used for devising automated sequential injection analysis (SIA) assay of I in pharmaceutical preparations. The PC-controlled SIA setup consisted of a Cavro XL 3000 2.5- ml syringe pump, Vici-Valco 10-port selection valve and Spectra-Physics FS970 flow- through fluorescence detector equipped with a lab-made CL detection module. The net CL signal of I increased by a factor of 3 (compared to purely aqueous test solution of I injected) if the test solution contained 60% (v/v) of methanol. Optimal order, concentrations and volumes of aspirated zones of reactants were: 61l of 80mM Na hexametaphosphate, 60 l of I in 60% (v/v) methanol, 40 l of 30mM H2SO4 and 9 l of 0.5mM KMnO4. Calibration curve relating the intensity of CL (peak height) to the concentration of I was linear in the range 1 - 8 M I; the limit of detection (S/N = 3) was 0.2 M I. The sample throughput was 100 h-1 . The repeatability of the peak heights was characterised by RSD 1.8% for 15 replicate injections of 2 M I. The SIA-CL method was used for the assay of I...

Christian Names in the Klatovska Area in the 18th Century

Práce se na základě matrik zabývá frekvencí křestních jmen na Klatovsku v 18. století a dále motivací výběru křestního jména v dané době a v konkrétních lokalitách. V první části práce je vymezena terminologie, stručně představen vývoj křestních jmen v Čechách na základě dostupné literatury a shrnut dosavadní stav bádání. Těžištěm práce jsou výsledky analýzy křestních jmen ze tří desetiletí, které by měly co nejlépe reprezentovat celé 18. století - byly proto zvoleny úseky počátku, poloviny a závěru století. Prezentována jsou křestní jména z většího města, městečka i tří malých vesnic, což umožňuje následné srovnání těchto tří prostředí, porovnány jsou též výsledky z jednotlivých desetiletí. Kromě představení užívaného repertoáru jmen seznamuje práce též s tím, jak bylo voleno jméno dítěte - konkrétně se věnuje motivaci pojmenování po kmotrech, po rodičích a po světcích, jejichž svátek se připomíná ve dnech kolem narození (křtu) dítěte. Různé motivace jmen jsou detailně rozebrány též v souvislosti s jednotlivými křestními jmény. Podrobněji jsou zmíněny také výsledky tří podobně zaměřených studií a využity k porovnání s diplomovou prací. Celkově práce nabízí určité dílčí doplnění poznatků o vývoji křestních jmen výsledky potvrzují některé obecné závěry a upozorňují na určitá specifika konkrétních lokalit....

Images of femininity and masculinity in Ještěd Novels of Karolína Světlá

The subject of this thesis (Images of femininity and masculinity in Ještěd novels by Karolína Světlá) is a gender analysis of selected prose of Karolína Světlá, focused specifically on the works such as Vesnický román, Kříž u potoka, Frantina, Kantůrčice and Nemodlenec. The theoretical part presents basic principles, approaches and methods of the feminist literary theory including concepts focused on analyses of power and domination out of which I mostly use the work by Pierre Bourdieu. The theoretical part also contains positioning the writer's work within the literary-historical context and introducing source texts. The core of the thesis is a gender analysis based on my interpretation of texts and the method of resistant reading that concentrates on specific gender aspects in the entire series of works - the subject of my interest is creating masculinity and femininity (including gender attributes and roles or myths and archetypes), narration of the story from a gender perspective, forms of motherhood and fatherhood, topics of power, violence and sexuality. Attention is also paid to the motives of a victim or romantic love. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to work up the real foundation of the art cinema with a cafe evolving in a restaurant. The location of the project is in Rudná. Further analysis of its feasibility and overall evaluation is included. The complete work consists of two parts. The first, theoretical one, is focused on defining basic points, a brief analysis of business forms and individual components of a business plan. The practical part consists of a custom survey and fully prepared business plan of the art cinema Kibi in the woods. It should assess the transferability of business ideas into practice and evaluate economic parameters of its operation.

How to Establish a Company

The diploma thesis "How to establish a company" focuses on pre-school education. Specifically, on the establishment of a fictitious company day care at a planned business center comprised of office buildings and an ambulance station. Primary purpose of this study is to summarize the activities and difficulties that are associated with the foundation of a successful project. The study describes business strategy, competitive advantage, business vision and mission and legislative issues relating to operation of a company day care. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first, theoretical part, we focus on description of terms associated with starting a business, entrepreneurs, and legal environment in the Czech Republic. The second, practical and analytical, part consists of detailed project of establishment of a company day care and also outlines problems arising in this area. These are hidden discrimination against women and the lack of capacity in public nurseries. The final financial plan evaluates feasibility of the project and assesses whether the investment is the right choice.
