Nové trendy v konzervaci objemných krmiv a jejich vliv na produkci mléka dojnic
DOUBEK, Martin
Cow's milk plays an important role in human nutrition and is one of the main products of the dairy industry. Its composition changes in response to various factors including forage. The quality of roughage is one of the important aspects for the nutrition and health of dairy cows and milk productivity itself. The aim of the diploma thesis was to assess two forages, grass hay and rye hay, and their effect on milk yield. Along with milk yield, the amount of protein and fat in milk was assessed. Feed rations at the VOD Kadov company were compared over the course of four years. Based on documented data from the company VOD Kadov, according to statistical calculations, the influence of rye haying (p 0,05) on increasing milk yield was not confirmed, and no influence on the amount of fat in milk was proven either(p 0,05). The effect of rye silage on the amount of protein in milk was proven by statistical calculation (p 0,05). The results show that feeding high-quality grass forage or high-quality rye forage has no independent effect on milk yield or fat content. Rye haylage is a suitable substitute for grass haylage in the feed ration.
Reaction of starch processing potatoes on application of Lyckeby concentrate fertilizer
DOUBEK, Martin
Lyckeby concentrate is a new organic fertilizer made from waste tuber juice in the production of potato starch. The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of this fertilizer on selected varieties of starch potatoes. Two varieties Euroresa and Eurostarch were monitored, which are the most cultivated in the company Agrospol, Malý Bor a.s. The fertilizer was applied in two variants. The first variant was fertilized 2 t.ha-1 before planting and the second variant had a dose of 4 t.ha-1 before planting. It included an unfertilized control plot. In the experiment, the yield of tubers and starch, the starch content, the average weight of tubers, the average number of tubers and stems per tuft and the nitrogen content were evaluated. In the monitored experiment, both fertilization variants showed an increased yield of tubers and an increased yield of starch. The increase in tuber yield was influenced by the average increase in tuber weight and number. The Euroresa variety showed an increase in starch yield per hectare of 6.53% compared to the control. The Eurostarch variety had an increase in starch yield per hectare of up to 23.74% compared to the control.
Twistor operator in symplectic spin geometry
Dostálová, Marie ; Krýsl, Svatopluk (advisor) ; Doubek, Martin (referee)
The topic of the diploma thesis is symplectic spinor geometry. Its re- search was started by D. Shale, B. Kostant and K. Habermann. We focus our attention to one of the so called symplectic twistor operators introduced by S. Kr'ysl. We investigate the action of this operator on real even dimensio- nal vector spaces considered as symplectic manifold, its invariance properties and regularity. We describe a part of the kernel of the symplectic twistor operator when acting on symplectic spinors on R2. The kernel forms a repre- sentation of the so called metaplectic group (double cover of the symplectic group). 1
S-matrix and homological perturbation lemma
Pulmann, Ján ; Jurčo, Branislav (advisor) ; Doubek, Martin (referee)
Loop homotopy Lie algebras, which appear in closed string field theory, are a generalization of homotopy Lie algebras. For a loop homotopy Lie algebra, we transfer its structure on its homology and prove that the transferred structure is again a loop homotopy algebra. Moreover, we show that the homological perturbation lemma can be regarded as a path integral, integrating out the degrees of freedom which are not in the homology. The transferred action then can be interpreted as an effective action in the Batalin-Vilkovisky formalism. A review of necessary results from Batalin- Vilkovisky formalism and homotopy algebras is included as well. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Operadic resolutions of diagrams
Doubek, Martin ; Markl, Martin (advisor) ; Somberg, Petr (referee) ; Čadek, Martin (referee)
of the Doctoral Thesis Operadic Resolutions of Diagrams by Martin Doubek We study resolutions of the operad AC describing diagrams of a given shape C in the category of algebras of a given type A. We prove the conjecture by Markl on constructing the resolution out of resolutions of A and C, at least in a certain restricted setting. For associative algebras, we make explicit the cohomology theory for the diagrams and recover Gerstenhaber-Schack diagram cohomology. In general, we show that the operadic cohomology is Ext in the category of operadic modules. 1
Homotopy transfer for A-infinity algebras
Kopřiva, Jakub ; Doubek, Martin (advisor) ; Markl, Martin (referee)
Homotopický přenos A∞ algeber Jakub Kopřiva Abstract This bachelor's thesis deals with the problem of homotopy transfer for A∞ algebras. It strives to give an account of the problem as complete and as self- contained as possible. At first, it presents the correspondence with codiffe- rentials on reduced tensor coalgebras and A∞ algebras, which is colloquially know as the bar construction. The thesis is, however, mainly concerned with the homotopy transfer for A∞ algebras accordning to Markl (2006). We de- duce the formulæ published by Markl and we give proof of their correctness. We also demonstrate that, under additional requirements, Markl's formulas coincide with formulas derived using the homological perturbation lemma.
