The first chapter of the contain the theoretical explanations, second chapter is focused on evaluation of management in municipality Albrechtice and third chapter describe feasible solution.

The master´s thesis deals with organizational culture and its effect on efficiency of Kovomont Lindovský s.r.o. The objective of this Master´s thesis was analysis of Organizational Culture in manufacturing company, detrmination of recent state and suggestion of arrangement which leads to improvement of deficiencies within company strategy and productivity. Survey about recent state of organizational culture in this company was based on written inquiry and interviews.

Projection of Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the Czech Republic.

The Czech Republic, as well as other developed countries begin to be penalized by aging of population. Increasing the proportion of older segments of the population is increasingly the subject of various technical reports from the economic field. These reports highlight the disadvantages of this change in age structure. Medical studies indicate dementia as a test of health and social connectivity system and as a threat, because with the increase of elderly population is expected the increase of the number of people with dementia. Estimate of this work confirms this hypothesis. The attention to this issue is very small in the Czech Republic. In the Czech Republic there lacks professional assessment based on local conditions, which could be followed by research comparable with foreign studies. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The horrors of holocaust. Analysis of different destinies of people persecuted by the Nazi regime.

This bachelor thesis deals with the terror and injustice committed on the victims (mainly Jews) of the Nazi regime. Firstly, a short introduction to the times of National Socialism is explained, as well as how and why Hitler came to power and what cause there was for this "man despising system" to be so successful. Then a short summary of the important events of Holocaust is introduced how Jews were more and more persecuted to their final extermination (the Holocaust) in the extermination camps such as Auschwitz etc. The terrors that the victims of the Nazi regime had to go through are pictured in detail in the second part of the thesis. These terrors mentioned are explained on life stories of eight selected victims who survived the regime. A short personal analysis is added to these stories.
