Fitness Center's Customer Satisfaction and Proposals for its Improvement

The master thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of the company fit4all CENTRUM, Ltd., and proposes measures to increase it. The first part of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic theoretical concepts, charakteristics of the company follows and also analysis of company‘s background. Analytical part contains also questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed in the last part of this thesis, it should increase customer satisfaction with the offer of indoor lessons in the fitness center.

This thesis deals with the demand analysis of the company Apleg systems, Ltd., which focuses on the production, sale of fencing components and service providing in the form montages and advice. It characterizes the market in which the company operates, and analyses customers and factors affecting their demand through price elasticity of demand determines their reactions to price changes. Performs analysis of the company and the competition analysis and based on results of these analyses proposes measures to improve the competitiveness of this company.
Selected psychological aspects of collective blame

This Master's degree thesis focus on introducing collective blame from the psychological point of view. The theoretical part begins by defining the phenomena in general, including the context of its occurrence. The key chapter follows, focusing on the mechanism of collective blame attribution, its model, theories, and approaches. Following chapter describes the intercultural comparison of collective blame. Next part address the related phenomena (vicarious retribution, collective punishments etc.). The final chapter is related to interventions in the context of collective blame phenomena. The experimental part focuses on the mechanism of collective blame in relation to relevant moderating factors, based on previous studies. The research itself is a replication study, following the work of Denson et al. (2006). It is a correlation study that mainly focuses on whether membership in different types of groups is related to different levels of assigned collective blame, and also to explore which other included variables are correlating with collective blame attribution. The research data were collected through an online questionnaire. Respondents were mostly recruited through the database of the PLESS laboratory. This bachelor thesis concentrates on selected psychological aspects of renal transplantation. The literary overview is focused first on the introduction to the issue of transplantation, then it compares renal transplantation with other possible forms of treatment from a psychological point of view. It also mentions selected factors influencing patient's quality of life after kidney transplantation and selected health risks after transplantation with an emphasis on their psychological side. It also briefly discusses the importance of patient's contact with medical staff. The research proposition focuses on the patient's fear of rejection, depending on his or her age, gender and type of donor.
