Proposal and Apply into Practice of a System of Learning Organization

The subject of my graduation theses is „Proposal and Apply into Practice of a System of Learning Organization“. Because of high competitive conduct in the marketplace and continual progress in all of branches, the continual improving is very important for all companies. Many of workers are often irreplaceable. And company is becoming very vulnerable in the case of his inability or leaving. This problem can be solved by transformation of „a learning organization“. It is the complicated process, when is necessary to change an organization structure, to analyse current working stations and to analyse real organization´s requirements (personal audit). Coessential part is an actual description of working stations, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences and fulfilment evaluation. By establishing „a system of a learning organization“ we can get a target for future and also we put aside a risk so-called „irreplaceable worker“. A practical part is targeted on research. The main instruments are questionnairies and interview. The questionnairies are targeted on worker´s satisfaction, competence and evaluation. Gained information can be used for comparation with the previous research and as a base for a proposal. A theoretical part is targeted on methodology that deals with evaluation of workers and also with components of „a system of learning organization“. It means a methodology of working station´s analyse, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences, methodology 360° etc. The purpose of this work is to propose and apply of „a system of a learning organization“.
Proposal of System of Employees Evaluation

Subject matter of my bachelor´s work is ,, Proposal of System of Employees Evaluation.“ Sufficiently motivateted employees can raise the standard of companies and improve their market position. Just for i tis investment in human capital one of the most important step, how to reach for competitive advantage. The practical part of this work contain a research. The main instruments used during this research are questionnaire and interview with a manager of the company. I decomposed the employee appraisal after the research work and I suggested the solution of the new system of remuneration. I attended to employee motivation and remuneration in the desk study. The objective of this work was to analyze and suggest more effective metod of employee appraisal.
Analysis of Financial Markets Using Technical Analysis

This bachelor's thesis addresses the ways, methods and strategies of trading in the financial market known as Foreign Exchange (Forex). Thesis deals with the investment strategy focused on currency trading. Among the most traded currency pairs include the EUR/USD, USD/JPY and GBP/USD. The strategy is based mainly on technical analysis. It is also carried out backtesting and evaluation for which currency pair is this strategy most effective. This study therefore describes a process of creating this strategy.
Edwards curves and elliptic function fields

In this thesis, we study twisted Edwards curves using the theory of algebraic function fields. After summarizing the basic theory, we focus on the structure of the function field for curves that are given by an equation of the form x2 2 = f(x1), where f is a monic polynomial of degree four. We show that twisted Edwards curves correspond to a special case when f(x1) = g(x2 1), where g is a quadratic polynomial with two distinct nonzero roots. We describe the basic properties of twisted Edwards curves, with special attention given to possible places at infinity. Next, we derive formulas for the point addition, which is achieved by using the relation between points on the curve, places of degree one and elements of the Picard group. Furthermore, we summarize how the point addition can be interpreted geometrically, and outline several alternative coordinate systems based on projective coordinates. Finally, we present two examples of twisted Edwards curves that are nowadays being used in cryptographic applications. 1
Elliptic curves over finite fields

In this thesis, we study the theory of elliptic curves, with the main focus on elliptic curves over finite fields. We present basic theory, taking several technical aspects into consideration (singularity of the curve, effect of field characteristic on the form of the equation of elliptic curve). We algebraically deduce and formulate the group law, that is the definition of addition on a set of points on elliptic curve). We prove a known result saying that the set of points on elliptic curve under addition forms a group. We present an elementary proof, some of the calculations will be carried out in computer program Mathematica due to their complexity. Finally, we study endomorphisms of elliptic curves over finite fields (homomorphisms on the set of points on elliptic curve that are defined by rational functions). Using obtained results, we prove the Hasse's theorem, which provides an estimate of the order of the group of points on elliptic curve over finite field. 1
