Tématem mé bakalářské práce je ,,Návrh systému hodnocení zaměstnanců.“ Dostatečně motivovaní zaměstnanci mohou zvýšit výkon firmy a zlepšit její postavení na trhu. Právě proto je investování do lidského kapitálu pro firmu jedním z nejdůležitějších kroků, jak docílit konkurenční výhody. Praktická část práce obsahuje výzkum. Hlavními nástroji použitými během výzkumu je dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s ředitelkou společnosti. S využitím výzkumu jsem analyzoval systém hodnocení a navrhl řešení nového systému odměňování a motivování zaměstnanců. Motivaci a druhům odměňování jsem se věnoval v teoretické části. Cílem této práce bylo udělat analýzu a navrhnout efektivnější způsob odměňování zaměstnanců. Subject matter of my bachelor´s work is ,, Proposal of System of Employees Evaluation.“ Sufficiently motivateted employees can raise the standard of companies and improve their market position. Just for i tis investment in human capital one of the most important step, how to reach for competitive advantage. The practical part of this work contain a research. The main instruments used during this research are questionnaire and interview with a manager of the company. I decomposed the employee appraisal after the research work and I suggested the solution of the new system of remuneration. I attended to employee motivation and remuneration in the desk study. The objective of this work was to analyze and suggest more effective metod of employee appraisal.
