Trainee Programmes in Large Organisations in Financial Sector

The aim of this paper is to analyse the current approaches, concepts and application of trainee programmes in large organisations operating in the financial sector. Attention is first paid to the concept of talent management in terms of its conception of talent and then in terms of its approaches and processes. Next, the paper focuses on trainee programs for students and graduates of universities. It also presents the characteristics of university graduates and the issue of their employment in the labour market in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, attention is paid to the specifics of organizations in the financial sector and the approach of these organizations to trainee programs is elaborated. The empirical research is carried out in the form of a case study. The aim of the research is to analyse the success of the implementation of a new concept of trainee programme for students and graduates in a large organisation operating in the financial sector in the Czech Republic. External Personnel Marketing as Recruitment Tool in IT Organisations

5 Abstract The thesis includes three theoretical chapters that deal with the tools and methods of personnel marketing, which are mainly used in the processes of recruitment and stabilization of employees; the tools of marketing mix in personnel management and current trends in this area, the job position of a recruiter in the IT sector is characterized and specifics and the required competencies that are required for the effective performance of this position according to the NSP database. The thesis also includes quantitative empirical research which aims to analyse external personnel marketing tools in IT organisations. The investigation was conducted in the form of a questionnaire and involved a total of 53 respondents who are employees of the HR departement in IT organizations in the Czech Republic and within their position are responsible for HR marketing, recruitment or other HR activites. Prevention of Burnout Syndrome in Primary School Teachers

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify the possibilities of prevention of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. The thesis provides definition of the occupational burnout, its causes, stages, manifestations, and consequences. Subsequently, it describes the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. This part introduces the teaching profession and the most common stressors and risk factors that affect this profession in relation to the occupational burnout. Next, attention is paid to the issue of prevention of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers in terms of prevention techniques and preventive educational programs. Part of the thesis is quantitative empirical research, the aim of which is to determine the level of risk of the occupational burnout among primary school teachers. The survey respondents of the are one hundred and twenty-six teachers who work in eleven primary schools in the Central Bohemia Region.
Competencies of Recruitment Specialists in the IT Sector in Job Advertising

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse job advertisements advertising recruiter positions od Prague-based non-recruitment consulting organisations. The theoretical basis of this thesis is the definition of the recruitment specialist job role, both in the work activities characteristic for this role, as well as competecies required for its success. Firstly, work activities of a recruitment specialist are defined and described, secondly the competencies required for its success are presented and described. Afterwards, recruitment of IT specialists is presented as a specific field of recruitment. The goal of the empirical survey is to determine the percentages of inclusion of selected competencies and requirements in the job advertisements of aforementioned organisations. Survey outcomes are separated into two groups of job advertisements, one of which advertises recruitment specialist roles focused on IT specialist recruitment, the other of which advertises recruitment specialist roles on focused on IT specialist recruitment. Employee Engagement in the IT Sector in the Czech Republic

The objective of this thesis is to analyse the employee engagement among IT sector employees and to identify the specifics of the target group in relation to the development of employee engagement through job-related drivers. Attention is given to the theoretical background of employee engagement, its consequences, and methods of measurement. Aspects of employee engagement development with a focus on job-related drivers are analysed. The HR process of job design, which can contribute to the development of employee engagement through the job-related factors, is described. The specificities of the target group of IT professionals are addressed. The thesis includes a quantitative research conducted in the form of an online questionnaire. The respondents of the research are IT professionals working in private companies based in Prague. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to specify the educational needs of primary school teachers. Firstly, the teaching profession will be introduced with an orientation towards primary school teachers according to the NSP and their competencies. The profession of the first grade primary school teacher will be characterized. Subsequently, the field of vocational education of primary school teachers, its legislative framework, content, objectives and forms will be presented. Attention is dedicated to the process of analysing the educational needs of primary school teachers. The aim of the qualitative research is to find out whether and to what extent the opportunities for vocational development cover the educational needs of primary school teachers. Data is gathered by semi-structured interviews with 13 primary school teachers. Rhetorical Skills of Lecturers of Further Education

The diploma's thesis deals with the specific area od communication skills of further education lecturers - rhetoric. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the lecturers of further education develop their rhetorical skills so that the communication among them and the participants of education would be professional and effective. Firstly, the further education lecturer and his competencies with a focus on rhetorical skills are defined according to the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the theoretical basis of rhetoric, its history and forms such as verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal communication are described. Attention is paid to the communication skills of further education lecturers with the focus on their speech. Part of the thesis is a qualitative investigation. The aim of the investigation is to analyse how the preparation of lecturers of further education in the area of rhetorical skills looks like and what effect it has on the educational process. The investigation is carried out in the form of interviews with at least fourteen of further education who attend the courses in the field of adult education at least twice a month.

The aim of this Diploma thesis is to analyse the adaptation process of foreign staff in large international organizations in the Czech Republic and to identify factors which influence it. Attention is paid to international human resource management, its specifics, strategies and the topic of diversity management in international organizations. The process of adaptation is described with focus on foreign staff in international organizations with an orientation on work, social adaptation, adaptation to organizational culture and intercultural adaptation, as well as planning and phases of the adaptation process, problematic factors related to working abroad and the main actors in this process. It deals with the issue of intercultural training in international organizations together with the factors which influence it - the preparation of foreign staff to work in a multicultural environment, its methods and the area of intercultural competences that should be developed through the training. Factors for Agile Transformation in Banking Sector

The aim of the thesis is to identify factors of agile transformation in the banking sector. Agile management has been a discussed topic in recent years. The thesis presents the history of agile software development on which agile management of organizations is based. Agile development emerged in response to traditional development that had a lengthy process and did not meet customer requirements. Next, the Agile Manifesto, which is the foundational document of agile management, is introduced. Then the values and principles of agile management are defined. Selected agile management methods are elaborated which are Extreme Programming, Kanban, Lean software and Scrum and agile scaling frameworks which extend agile methods in such a way that they can be applied in large organizations. The thesis also focuses on the circumstances for which organizations choose to undertake an agile transformation, elaborating on its process and factors. Factors are the factors that influence the success of agile transformation.
