Nichiren, fundamentalistic Buddhist
Bártová, Zuzana ; Holba, Jiří (advisor) ; Chlup, Radek (referee)
Nichiren, the fundamentalistic buddhist The bachelor thesis is treating Japanese Buddhist monk Nichiren who lived in 13th century. Different aspects of his life and teaching are discussed. The principal field of the research is Japanese Buddhism which is a part of Mahayana Buddhism. In addition, the main Nichiren's ideas are put into context of general Buddhist thouht. In conclusion, a fundamentalistic trait of Nichiren view is more elaborated. This procedure results in the statement that Nichiren is a fundamentalist. The work is conceived as a groundwork for further study of religious movements which have been referring to Nichiren in subsequent years.
Quantum-Dots particles as enhancers for chemiluminescence determinations in the SIA system
Bártová, Zuzana ; Sklenářová, Hana (advisor) ; Šatínský, Dalibor (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Zuzana Bártová Supervisor: Doc. PharmDr. Hana Sklenářová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Quantum-Dots particles as enhancers for chemiluminescence determinations in SIA system Quantum-Dots were tested as enhancers of chemiluminescence (CL) emission using sequential injection analysis (SIA). A CL reaction used for this testing was oxidation of luminol (5-aminophthalylhydrazide) by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline medium, QDs represented enhancer of CL signal. The following concentrations of the solutions were tested: hydrogen peroxide in the range 1.10-1 - 1.10-7 mol.l-1 , without QDs and with QDs having maximum emission at 520, 575, 603 a 636 nm and dilution of QDs in following levels 10 µl/10 ml (0.1% solution), 200 µl/10 ml (2% solution) and 200 µl/1 ml (20% solution). The CL emission was detected in two ways. The CL cell, which was constructed at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, FaF UK in HK, and photomultiplier Hamamatsu (Japan) as a detector, enabled monitoring of the CL emission including its time profile. The photomultiplier of the fluorimetric detector Schoeffel (Germany) with spiral flow cell were used for flow measurements in the SIA system. The CL emission was evaluated by...

History, assess the current state and prospects of development of viticulture at the Benedictine Order
Bártová, Zuzana ; Lampíř, Lubomír (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is based on an analysis of documents assessing the evolution, current state and prospects of development of vine growing in the Benedictine order. The first part is devoted to the history and principles of the Rule of St. Benedict, according to the motto "Ora et labora" - Czech "pray and work" together with the basic division of the community with the spiritual order. The following chapter focuses on the development of the monastic winemaking at home and abroad that the problem also affects the Cistercians and their winery in Žernoseky. Part of the topic are also circumstances of expansion vines on the territory of Bohemia and Moravia and the related adaptation varietal charge on domestic vineyards. The last part deals with the origins and history of selected Benedictine monasteries with emphasis on their vineyard management, while also focuses on the past and current situation wineries of Benedictine order at us.
Viscosity and acidity of selected type of natural yoghur
BÁRTOVÁ, Zuzana
The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the acidity and viscosity of natural yoghurt depending on the different addition of skimmed milk powder and using of the methods of sensory analysis to evaluate the perception of these properties by young consumers. Part of this work was to analyse acidity and viscozity in selected kinds of natural yoghurts purchased in the market network of the Czech Republic (CR). The literature search mentions basic characteristic of yoghurts and their classification, acidity and rheological properities of yoghurts including the factors, which affect them and sensory analysis. In the experimental part of the study the acidity value, total solids and viscosity measurements were detected by physico-chemical analyses of samples of natural yoghurts. At samples of yoghurts with different content of skimmed milk powder the sensory evaluation was also subjected and the graphs of sensory profile were compiled. The observed results showed, that from the samples of yoghurts made in the laboratory was the most satisfactory sample containing 10 % of skimmed milk powder. At samples purchased in the market network of CR were detected very low leveles of titratable acidity.
Management services in the power engineering
BÁRTOVÁ, Zuzana
The work deals with the electricity sector. It falls into the network industries together with the gas industry and telecommunications. Electricity sector is part of the power engineering and involves the generation, transmission, distribution and use of electrical energy. The work is territorially defined only in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of services, customers, markets, marketing mix of services, using of information technology in services and power engineering. The practical part deals with performing the analysis. The analysis is divided into three main parts. The first part consists of an analysis of the historical development of electricity price since 2006, the development of services in the energy sector and the current range of services for the suppliers and the final customers of electricity. The second part consists of an analysis of the external environment, marketing mix of services in the power engineering and communication processes between a customer and a supplier. The third part is devoted to the topic of energy audits, license of the energy demands of buildings (hereinafter referred to as license) and renewable resources of energy. In the conclusion is questionnaire survey, which is deeply devoted to the issue of license, both in terms of awareness of the energy demands of buildings, and in terms of its desirability.
Large banking groups
Bartová, Zuzana ; Blahová, Naděžda (advisor) ; Marková, Jana (referee)
The study is mapping various aspects of the present financial system phenomenon - large international financial and banking groups. It shows how the international community tries to resolve a trilemma which is linked to the existence of the large financial groups. The proposed measures on the global as well as on the European Union levels are assessed. The most efficient ones are those aimed in scaling down of these institutions and in a divestment of their activities as they conditioned the provision of the state aid. The study also evaluates proposals to raise capital adequacy and resolution of the large institutions. It mentions their possible negative impact on the banking sectors of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Analysis of motivation and remuneration system in chosen company
BÁRTOVÁ, Zuzana
The aim of this thesis was to analyze motivational factors and the staff reward system including practical introduction for the staff of the Czech Post. The elaboration of this part of thesis was based on the data from inside directives and collective contract. Another part of the analysis was a survey that concerned the motivation and reward fields. Improvement proposals of the present reward system were designed according to realised analyses. The motivational program of the Czech Post is sufficiently elaborated and it comes up to high level. This organisation emphasizes most the financial reward field and social welfare. These are the biggest stimuli.
