Předmětem této bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy dokumentů zhodnotit vývoj, současný stav a perspektivu rozvoje pěstování vinné révy u benediktinského řádu. První část práce je věnována historii a principům řehole svatého Benedikta dle motta Ora et labora, česky Modli se a pracuj, spolu se základním rozdělením společenstva a jeho duchovním řádem. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na vývoj klášterního vinařství u nás i v zahraničí s tím, že se problematika dotýká rovněž cisterciáků a jejich vinařství v oblasti Žernosek. Součástí daného tématu jsou také okolnosti rozšíření vinné révy na území Čech a Moravy a s tím související přizpůsobení odrůdové náplně na tuzemských vinicích. Poslední část se věnuje vzniku a historii vybraných benediktinských klášterů s důrazem na jejich viniční hospodaření, přičemž zároveň poskytuje pohled na dřívější i aktuální situaci vinařství benediktinského řádu u nás. The subject of this thesis is based on an analysis of documents assessing the evolution, current state and prospects of development of vine growing in the Benedictine order. The first part is devoted to the history and principles of the Rule of St. Benedict, according to the motto "Ora et labora" - Czech "pray and work" together with the basic division of the community with the spiritual order. The following chapter focuses on the development of the monastic winemaking at home and abroad that the problem also affects the Cistercians and their winery in Žernoseky. Part of the topic are also circumstances of expansion vines on the territory of Bohemia and Moravia and the related adaptation varietal charge on domestic vineyards. The last part deals with the origins and history of selected Benedictine monasteries with emphasis on their vineyard management, while also focuses on the past and current situation wineries of Benedictine order at us.
