(Un)safe social media as perceived by children

This thesis is devoted to the safety of children on social networks from the perspective of their own experiences and their perception. Using interpretive phenomenological analysis, it tries to provide the lived experience of these participants with an emphasis on the sensitivity of the topic. The results were used using semi-structured interviews with 7 participants aged 13 from Lutín Primary School. The individual interviews were recorded and subsequently interpreted according to the individual procedures of the chosen methods of analysis.
Imagery of Czech border in modern cinematography and in television

This master's thesis named Imagery of Czech Border in Modern Cinematography and in Television focuses on the issue of the representation of the Czech border region in Czech cinematography after 1990. The Czech border region is still an interesting area for its historical development, attracting the attention of many historians and artists. The thesis seeks to answer the question of how Czech cinematography works with historically and geographically given realities. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of the historical development of the Czech border region and introduces the reader to the key events that formed the border in the past. It then explains how these historical events resulted in the present form of the Czech border region. The second part of the thesis focuses on the exploration of five different films made after 1990. Selected Czech films are Až do Města Aš (Made in Ash), Mistři (Champions), Habermannův mlýn (Habermann's Mill), the analysed series are Pustina (Wasteland) and Přísahám a slibuji (Spondeo ac polliceor). Movies are analysed through selected means of expression, such as location and environment, acting and characters, camera, shot and cut, lighting and sound component. Photography of Modern Performing Arts: LARP

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a photo essay on the subject of modern performative art called larp. The word larp itself was formed by combining words live, action, role and playing and it is an alternative to theater and film where the actors play roles only for themselves, not for the audience. The practical part of this thesis documents the preparation, organization and the course of larp events. The theoretical part of the work briefly introduces the genre of photography of performative art, especially theater and film photography. Furthermore, this work compares these genres with the photographed theme and describes their common and different elements. This thesis also briefly deals with the history of larp as a socio-artistic phenomenon of the 21st century.

The in-store communication of Tesco store Letňany

This thesis has the main focus on customer behavior and on the possibilities of using human senses for the purposes of retailers, especially within in-store communication of Tesco Letňany. The first part of the thesis cumulates the theoretical knowledge on the topic of in-store marketing communication and of the customer behavior, with a significant part considering its newest actual trends. The thesis then follows up with the possibilities of implementation of individual human senses directly inside the store and during the purchase decision making. The second part of the thesis is focused on the description of concrete implementation of in-store marketing in Tesco Letňany hypermarket. This part ends up with the summary of the implementation and discussion considering the theoretical knowledge of the first part. The main aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the current state of using in-store marketing activities and find another possibilities that would have the potential to be applied in Tesco Letňany and another Tesco stores.
