Preferences of urban teenagers' leisure time spending: microculture of ?mall junkies? in the space of shopping mall
Radová, Lucie ; Šiftová, Jana (advisor) ; Fialová, Dana (referee)
This thesis focuses on leisure time activities and places, which are prefered by urban teenagers for spending their leisure time. My first objective is to focus on a new trend in the sphere of spending leisure time of contemporary teenagers, thereby the passive leisure time spending in large shopping malls. Nowadays shopping malls are very fashionable places for realization of leisure time activities, not only among youth. Teenagers play the pivotal role in my work, because this group of population predestines - to a certain degree - the future evolution in a society. The main aim is to understand why teenagers spend their leisure time this way and find out, what leads them to the passivity in realization of their leisure time activities. What brings them this way of spending their leisure time and what is specific for the space of shopping mall, where they spend their leisure time. I want to understand spatial aspects of using in this micro-space of shopping mall and as well as I want to recognize the role of wider social context. I selected two shopping malls in Prague for my research: Centrum Chodov and Palác Flora. Questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviews were realized. These malls are not selected randomly, but on the basis of the field research, which preceded to...
i>Employment of HPLC in the field of Drug analysis I.
Radová, Lucie ; Kučera, Radim (advisor) ; Pilařová, Pavla (referee)
8 ABSTRACT This work reports on study of sample stability of omeprazole during chiral analysis. The attention has been paid to the influence of experimental conditions (sample solvent, storage temperature, influence of light) on the stability of (R,S)-omeprazole and (S)-omeprazole as well. . The experimental results have shown that the most suitable solvent is acetonitrile for both i.e. racemic mixture and S-enantiomer. Column temperature and light are important variables, which influence stability of omeprazole during analysis. A decrease of column temperature results in an increase of omeprazole stability. S-enantiomer is more stable in comparison with racemate. An action of light on the solutions results in an decrease of its stability, S-enantiomere is on the light less stable in comparison with racemate.
The right of ownership of a unit and possibilities of its transfer after recodification
Radová, Lucie ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Švestka, Jiří (referee)
The right of ownership of a unit and the possibilities of its transfer after recodification This thesis deals with the right of ownership of a unit by the act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the civil code) with emphasis on the possibilities of its transfer. I chose the topic because of great practical importance of the issue and many changes brought by recodification of the civil law. This thesis is based on comparative method - the previous legislation by the act No. 40/1964 Coll. (the civil code) and by the act No. 72/1994 Coll. (about ownership of flats) is compared with current legislation. The main aim of the thesis is to clearly describe the most significant changes in the rules of ownership of a unit and its transfer and to point out the benefit of the new regulation as well as its weaknesses and eventual practical problems. This thesis is composed of eight separate chapters, each of them includes several subsections. First chapter contains an introduction to the issue of the ownership of flats and a brief description of the historical development of ownership of flats in the Czech Republic. Chapter two describes the basic concept of ownership of flats by the repealed legislation, followed by chapter three describing the same basic concept by the new legislation and highlighting the most important...
Folk song as an instrument of interconnecting music with other educational areas at primary school.
Radová, Lucie ; Veverková, Jana (advisor) ; Váňová, Hana (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with folk songs and their involvement in teaching beyond music education. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with folk songs and their use in schools. It contains an analysis of folk songs in textbooks for the 1st grade of primary schools published by SPN publishing house. For the completeness of the theoretical basis, the diploma thesis presents a general explanation of the concept of integration. It focuses on thematic teaching, which is a key method of connecting the subjects of this work. It presents educational areas based on the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and work with folk songs. The practical part consists of the design of five two-hour teaching blocks, one for each year of the first grade, which, through the use of folk song, connect two subjects. These not only form a connecting means, but are also perceived as the starting points of all activities and information sources. Each teaching block contains detailed preparation with didactic notes and hypotheses. The appendices contain the finished preparations inserted into clear tables with all materials and tasks.
Documentation of the historical buildings for hops processing: thematic survey of hop dryers
Podroužek, Kamil ; Eismann, Šimon ; Horák, Jan ; Kaláb, Jiří ; Papoušek, Miroslav ; Kuprová, Renata ; Radová, Lucie ; Skalický, David ; Švec, Roman
The main focus of this project NAKI DG16P02B021 Documentation of the historical buildings for hops processing was to perform a basic documentation of the historical buildings for hops processing. These buildings are part of architectual assets bound to the specific natural conditions occuring only in some regions. These conditions constitute an important part of the urbanism of towns and cultural countriside. There has not been given any scientific attention to the development, function, constructions or the technological equipment used on these buildings. In addition, these buildings (except several) are not historically protected. With respect to size, these buildings are of a great financial burden to their owners and have lately been subject to a large scale of demolition. Out of more than 5500 of these buildings listed in the beginning of the 20th century in Zatec hops region itself only hundreds have been preserved. Hence, the documentation is the last possibility of recording these buildings for the future. As part of the basic documentation of the buildings, undoubtful identification, photo-documentation, the documentation of the specific contruction solutions, technological equipment and technological state of proving the hops processing, the land surveying, the construction measurements and sample collection for dendro-chronical dating of selected buildings was performed. The archive research was part of the study as well. Based on this evidence a special map and IISPP/GIS NPÚ based database was created. A highly easy-to-use system was created using sophisticated technology - phones with cameras and GPS modules, tablet PCs, remote network access to the external scanned document storage and remotely accessible GIS and MIS map databases. This system enables operational field documentation and based on this experience a methodology was created that describes the use of this widlely available technology in basic field architectural documentation.

The Art of Idea. Theory of Conceptual Art.
RADOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor thesis deals with conceptualism in visual arts. It introduces basic ideas of conceptual art and applies it to selected classical aesthetic concepts (Šklovskij's method of refinement). The thesis also presents three authors of conceptual art, whose work shows the use of theory in practice. It then moves to an art movement that does not agree with the concepts of conceptual art (conflict between the Stuck movement and conceptual art, painting x concept). Finally it explains the relationship and the proximity between conceptualism and philosophy.
Studium faktorů ovlivňujících gushing ve sladovně Bernard
Radová, Lucie
The aim of this diploma thesis is to explore the aspects of gushing in malt house Bernard. The main focus of the theoretical part is on a description of production of malt and beer, the history of gushing and an overview of current information about problematics of over foaming. The practical part is divided into free parts. In the first part I monitored a gushing potential of malt produced in 2015 and 2016 in the malt house Bernard. In the second part I dealt with a connection of particular technological parts of malt production and an evolution of gushing potential of intermediates day after day. In the third part there were investigated various modifications of Carlsberg test and their effect on the intensity of gushing. Also, I analysed the factors influencing the outcomes measured in the same samples in the malt house and in the laboratory of a Research Institute of Brewing and Malting in Brno.
