A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a polytrauma patient

Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a polytrauma patient Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a case report of a patient after polytrauma during continuous professional practice in ON Kladno, to summarize the theoretical knowledge in relation to the patient's diagnosis and the use of specific physiotherapeutic procedures. Methods: The thesis is divided into theoretical part and case study. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about polytrauma, anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint obtained by the method of research. Furthermore, the types of fractures and their classification, bone healing, osteosynthesis and the procedure of subsequent rehabilitation of the patient after osteosynthesis are described. A special section is devoted to the complete case report of the patient, including the initial kinesiological analysis, the daily record of therapeutic units and the output kinesiological analysis. Legal regulation of beekeeping Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on the western honey bee, beekeeping and its legal regulation and its history. Considering the fragmentation of Czech legal regulation of beekeeping among numerous acts, the goal of this thesis is to describe it in a logical and comprehensible manner and provide its analysis. Furthemore, the thesis aims to provide a comparison between Czech regulation and regulation abroad as well as evaluate the quality and level of our legislation, eventually suggesting possible adjustments. The thesis mostly uses descriptive and comparative methods as well as the method of analysis and synthesis. When it comes to the interpretation of legal provisions, the textual, logical and systematic methods are prevalently used with the occasional usage of historical and comparative methods. The thesis is divided into eight chapters which are further expanded upon in subchapters and paragraphs. The first chapter focuses on the western honey bee from biological and legal standpoint, distinguishing between the point of view of public law and private law. Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the after reimplantation of total knee arthroplasty

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after reimplantation of total knee arthroplasty. Furthemore, the thesis includes theoretical knowledge about the subsequent rehabilitation. The tesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the knee joint, the issue of osteoarthritis, and its diagnosis. The last chapter is dedicated to total knee arthroplasty, its indications and contraindications, conservative and operative treatment, and finally, rehabilitation before and after the surgical procedure. The practical part includes the patient's anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, individual therapeutic units, final kinesiological analysis, and the concluding evaluation of the therapy. There was an improvement in the patient's health status during the therapy. The physiotherapy methods used were effective. The special part of the bachelor thesis is prepared in order to keep a case report of a patient after knee TEP implantation and to record the effects of selected physiotherapy care procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and special part. The theoretical part deals with a literature search to understand the structure and function of the knee joint from the perspective of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. The thesis also describes the problem of osteoarthritis and its therapeutic interventions, types of total knee arthroplasty and the surgical procedure for its implantation. The theoretical part in its conclusion focuses on the possibilities of solving the subsequent rehabilitation after knee joint TEP implantation. A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee arthroplasty

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of total knee arthroplasty (TKA). It is divided into two main parts: theoretical and methodical. The theoretical part deals with basic anatomical and kinesiological properties of the knee joint, the problem of knee osteoarthritis, and TKA as an effective method for addressing its final stage. The methodical part of the thesis is conducted in the form of a case study of a patient who underwent physiotherapeutic care after TKA implantation. During the physiotherapeutic intervention, methods and approaches corresponding to the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's degree program of physiotherapy were utilized. Thanks to the applied physiotherapeutic care, improvement in the functional status of the patient was observed in almost all monitored criteria.

Milan Martínek Ph.D. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of patient with an ankylosing spondylitis and after total hip replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the topic of hip joint replacement and ankylosing spondylitis in the form of a case study of a patient and at the same time to present this issue in a theoretical form Methods: The case report of the patient was elaborated during the concurrent professional practice at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague, during the 3rd year of the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at Charles University, Faculty of Physiotherapy. For the preparation of the case study, a detailed history of the patient was first taken and an initial examination was performed. This was followed by 9 therapeutic units spread over 2 weeks, at the end of which a complete exit examination was performed to the same extent as the entrance examination. Data from the initial and outcome examinations were then compared to assess the effect of therapy. Lab tasks on compiled language vulnerabilities

This graduation thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of vulnerabilities in freely distributed open-source programs. The thesis includes a description of different types of vulnerabilities that are often associated with software attacks. Static and dynamic code testing are examined in detail, as well as the tools used to detect vulnerabilities in source code. The thesis includes the development of three lab exercises, including detailed tutorials that demonstrate the consequences of incorrect implementations. The lab tasks focus on buffer overflow, path/directory traversal, and buffer over-read vulnerabilities. Every lab task includes a demonstration of the flawed code that was responsible for the vulnerability, as well as demonstration of the patched code that was used to fix the vulnerability. These tasks provide practical examples that illustrate the risks associated with inappropriate software design and implementation and demonstrate the importance of effective security techniques in software development.
Stencil Printing of Solder Paste and Process Optimization for Increasing Yield

This diploma thesis focuses on the comprehensive analysis and optimization of the solder paste stencil printing process, which is crucial for the production of high quality and reliable electronic devices. The work includes a review of the historical development of printing technologies, a comparison of different types of stencils and their surface treatment methods such as plasma-coating and electro-polishing. The practical part analyses data from automatic optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI), with results showing that plasma-coated stencils achieve higher print quality. The investigation of surface hydrophobicity and microscopic analysis of the stencils provide important insights for improving manufacturing processes in the electronics industry.
Automatic generation of typical schematics in CAD/CAE system

This thesis is devoted to the design of a functional solution for automated generation of type schemes based on defined input parameters of the considered structures. The first part of the thesis includes an introduction to design and basic design documentation standards, control systems with field instrumentation. Then it focuses on the selection of suitable CAD/CAE software with a more detailed description of the chosen software and some of its features. The practical part first introduces the generated parts and the modifications to the initial schematics and documentation required to support automated generation. The process is presented with the generation procedure using concrete examples of documentation. The output of the thesis is represented on two sample projects that includes generated schemas using the proposed methodology.
Design and optimization of technological procedures for writing apodized Bragg fiber gratings

This master thesis deals with the problem of Fiber Bragg Gratings. It describes the technology of production of these gratings and focuses on the individual technological processes such as hydrogenation and stripping the primary optical fiber coating. It also deals with the apodization of Bragg gratings, describing the individual apodization functions. This paper includes the design of a specific tool for fiber transfer from the window stripping device. The issue of maintaining purity while working with an optical fiber without its coating, is also described. The next part of the thesis deals with the optimization of input parameters for writing fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) on the device used in NETWORK GROUP, s.r.o. Optimization of input parameters is very necessary to enable the writing of only apodized fiber gratings on the used assembly. This thesis deals with the evaluation and optimization of the technological procedures for the creation of apodized FBGs. The thesis also addresses the individual parameters of apodized FBGs and focuses on the repeatability of the manufacturing process.
